I can move to every country. And around us are humans, systems, and ways of thinking. And the history has been the same. But can the future be even better than history? If it is possible!
We love the literature coming with thick books on different issues with social and professional characters of all kinds. And always something to learn, and taking away the wrong beliefs and the myopia that are triggering different research to make faults in their models, and with their statements in all media channels. You choose a message, and you are responsible for it, although you and other persons can change it from time to time. We need of have trust in research and in investigations, and to get that we must use right theories, right methods and right data. Doing research is like fishing as Popper tells us in philosophical experimentations in the social sciences. More researchers should read and learn Popper in all his ways. There are something exciting and compelling with learning, and why you have learned as you learned. We should put trust in the schools we have gone within, and we should make the future in positive and funny ways with our ways of being all places.
So, to the core: What is really parenting advantages? In strategy and organization theory, you have a parent companies and you have subsidiaries. And these different companies should be profitable in the long run, and they are in family with each other, either as friends or enemies. But the best way to build trust in life is to be friend with as many people as possible, also the principals in different environments. Parenting advantages mean that the parent companies have advantages with being the bosses in the business structure and the business content! The advantages of being parents in normal life are such things as love, stability, peace, harmony, comfort, safety and directions for what we have done, what we are doing today, and what we should do in the future. In the family, you get your advices from the parents, one of them or both, and the same is the case in business life. The parent companies are determining the strategy with prices, qualities and products, and the subsidiaries must follow the directions from the company above in the structure. But we need leaders in all kinds of firms, and therefore the governing of revenues and costs should be done in each place! As parents in the growing up, you should also place norms and normal requirements to you as a child! These values are important also later on in life!
Do we really perceive parenting advantages many places in businesses today? Yes, we are seeing them many places, and we can just examine the largest companies in each country. But you and I can just work locally, and we can travel to other destinations. And there are many clever, intelligent and knowledgable humans, and we find them several places, especially in schools and in companies needing high education and research in the leading. We can think research and literature in free contexts and free settings through all our lives, but when first being there in the firms, we must be serious and focused to put efforts and working operations on the right things. And when doing these things, we must love to learn, and learn to love! We can all read books of many kinds. But coming to the reality, we should motivate each other, having formal and informal chatting, and be focused with professional tasks. And leaders should put focus on economical, political, socio-economical and social issues. We should be used to the work, and if making habits, we should make the habits in the right manners.
