I poured food into the bird feeder in the evening, because I know that it is necessary to stimulate early birds. And I was not mistaken. It was still twilight outside, and these beautiful jays had already appeared at the feeder. Today, 2 of them arrived. Yesterday Mom also saw a couple of these birds. Last winter, usually 4 arrived, and sometimes there were 5.
Even on Sunday, I was thinking - will the Jays fly this season or not? They arrived. The problem is that they eat a lot. And sometimes they do not let small birds to the feeder.

I didn't even realize who it was. The story repeated itself a year later, but I managed to fix it on my smartphone and examine it better. And I immediately thought - it's a jay and I was right. Last winter they began to arrive constantly and no longer hid their presence.

Прошлой зимой они стали прилетать постоянно и уже не скрывали своё присутствие.
