The statue of Isabel la Católica is located to the north of the square that bears her name, the work of the Venezuelan sculpture Marisol Escobar (1930-2016). The monument was inaugurated by the municipal council, the Venezuelan Institute of Hispanic Culture and the Banco Consolidado Foundation, whose financial tower is located in the square.

Plaza Isabel la Católica is a public square in Caracas, Venezuela on the Main Avenue of La Castellana. The square is located in the business area of ​​La Castellana and Altamira and forms one of the main roundabouts in the city.

The square measures 75 meters in diameter and is surrounded by gardens and large trees. In its center is a wide paved esplanade designed by the artist Carlos Cruz Diez. On its north side is a monument to Isabel la Católica, the work of the Venezuelan sculpture Marisol Escobar.
