PIJIGUAO OR ANONA DE CORCHO.
The first contact with this delicious fruit was seeing it on the ground giving off a delicious aroma and multiple seeds wrapped in its pulp, I took it and its taste is equal to that of a guanabano. I asked for its name and got as an answer: Pijiguao as the population of the State of Bolivar, Municipality Cedeño-Venezuela from where they brought me some seeds and the plant was given.
This aromatic fruit is related to the Annon and also to the Guanabana, so we can taste two fruits in one.
It can be used to make smoothies, sweets and creamy and delicious ice creams.
It grows very well in my city as it has a tropical climate.
