I hope you are well and enjoying the plants, the flowers and the colours, aromas and flavours they bring us.
I just went to visit a neighbour who, like me, loves plants, especially fruits and flowers.
In his garden, he had a pineapple plant laden with a beautiful pineapple.
The pineapple in general, the plant and the fruit are very versatile as it is very easy to plant and harvest without much effort.
Through its crown we can get another plant, its fruit is very aromatic, tropical and loaded with many vitamins and anti-
inflammatory and healing properties called bromelain which are used to consume the fruit and also in pharmaceuticals.
Its fruit can be used in sweet or savoury dishes, juices, wines, infusions, vinegars, jams, desserts, ice cream...
It is a very cheap fruit, at least in my country.
It has a high fibre content and is ideal for diets and fat burning.
