These are rock/wall sculptures that can be found at the Baguio City Hall Garden.
I have seen these scattered throughout one of the parks here in the city when I was younger. Throughout the years, they were slowly removed and it made me wonder whatever happened to them. I was surprised to see that some of these survived and were installed at the Baguio City Hall Garden or these have been here all the time that I just didn't realize. There is one rock mural still standing at the park, the only one surviving throughout the times.
These images depict the different people that we have here in the country, different culture, different lifestyle, different walks of life.
I like that they have been refurbished and given new life.
It was not my intention to visit this garden but it was an instantaneous moment and I was glad that I did. My first entry for this contest was also taken here.
I like how they have improved the garden in general. This is a good place to spend some time and a good place for photoshoot as well. I find it relaxing and not a lot of people seem to come here so you can find solace in the midst of the chaos.
I will be featuring more of the sculptures that can be seen here in this garden.
If you have monuments or sculptures in your area, why not join the contest by @strawberrry? You can find more of the details here in this post CONTEST : Monuments and sculptures of my City #18.
Don't forget to share and invite more people so we can all have fun and enjoy exploring other places.
