Hello beautiful people of @SteemitContest community. It's a pleasure to be here today. I hope we are doing great. I want to thank @strawberrry for this continuous contest about plants.
Truly, I've seen alot of plants I haven't seen before in my region. It's amazing to see the beautiful flowers that comes with it.
This beautiful plant grows in my compound. It's called waterleaf.
It's planted in a farm in front of my home, for consumption purpose. Safes cost of purchasing from the market especially now the economy of the country isn't good.
This plant seems to grow on its own most times. I heard that once it's leaf falls on the ground, it starts to germinate. It grows and seems to spread around alot.
It's used for different types of soup here. Once you cut the leaf, it regrows again. The flower starts out as seeds before opening to be a beautiful pink flower.
