Potato | 4 piece (medium) |
Milk | 2 cup |
Sour yogurt | 1/2 cup |
Cooking oil | 1 cup |
Sugar | 1 tb spn |
Ginger paste | 2 tb spn |
Garlic paste | 2 tb spn |
Salt | As per taste |
Prunes | 8 piece |
Raisin | 20 ppacket |
Almond | 16 piece |
Cashew nut | 12 piece |
Chopped onions | 2 cup |
Green chillies | 8 piece |
Mixed biriyani spice | 1 packet |
Cooking steps
1st step
First take a pan. Pour the oil into the pan and when the oil is hot, leave the chopped potatoes inside the pan.Fry the potatoes for a while. When they turn golden, remove the potatoes and put them in a pot.
2nd step
Now fry those chopped onions until it gets golden colour.
3rd step
Now add ginger paste and garlic paste to the pan. Now cook for few minutes. Then I put sour curd inside it.Now let's add mixed biryani spice to it. Then cook for few more minutes.
4th step
Now add milk in the pan.
5th step
Now add chicken in the pan. Then cook for few minutes.
6th step
Then add those fried potatoes in the pan and cook for few minutes.
7th step
Now take another saucepan and put some oil in it. Then fry those rice for few minutes. Then add some pre heated water in to it.
8th step
Now add cooked chicken in the saucepan. Then add prunes,almond and cashew nut in the saucepan. Then cover the saucepan with the lid. Now cook in slow heat for one hour.
9th🍲 step🍽️
Now the biriyani is ready to eat. I decorated it with carrots, tomatoes and cucumber. It's optional. Spread some fried onions on biriyani that will enhance the taste of biriyani.
