So lets start with the recipe.
For kabab ingredients you will need:

Capsicum | half cup |
Cabbage | half cup |
Green onion | half cup |
Onion | half cup |
Carrot | half cup |
Green chillies | 3-4 |
Coriander | 2-3 tbsp |
Salt | as per taste |
Chilli flakes | half tbsp |
Red chilli powder | half tbsp |
Gram flour | 4 tbsp |
Ground coriander | 1 tbsp |
Cumin powder | half tbsp |
Black pepper | 2 Pinch |
Chat masala | half tsp |
Garam masala | 1 tbsp |
Chicken powder | 1 tbsp |
Prepration 🤩
Boil Potatoes and peel them off. After peeling grate or mash the potatoes nicely. Chop All the vegetables mentioned in ingredients list. After cutting and chopping of vegetables add those vegetables and all the spices mentioned in ingredients list in potatoes.
After adding all spices and vegetables at the end add gram flour and mix all the mixture gently. Mix till all mixture is combines well.
When the mixture is combines nicely, grease you hands with little oil and start making kabab in form of seekh kabab. When all kabab are formed, take non-stick frying pan add a little amount of oil and fry kabab. Fry till they are turned golden brown.
After frying your kabab are ready to eat and serve. Eat them with Ketchup and Green Chutni or any kind of Chutny you like. Believe me you will love it."
You can also serve them to your guests or take them as Tea time snacks. It is most favourite for kids as well. Your kids are gonna love this.
