Wishing all the honorable members and all of my Steemian fellows are well and healthy by the grace of the Almighty. Every week I try to attend this contest which I love the most. By attending this contest, I do not want to miss the opportunity to share with everyone the healthy meals that I enjoyed with my family for a whole day of the week. Here I’m going to participate in this contest of "HWC contest #104: Food Diary Game - WEEK -31". With great effort, this amazing contest every week is announced by my honorable madam @jyoti-thelight.

Before starting my post I would not like to miss the opportunity to invite some of my Steemian fellows - @sur-riti, @rumanaafroz, @shadow04, and @huraira50. I’m avidly awaiting to see the amazing foods that they enjoy on a specific day.
🍱🥢 Breakfast 🍱🥢
Today, in my breakfast there was one of my favorite food items which was French toast. On this winter morning, I really like eating this French toast which is made with butter. I like eating it very much, which is why one or two slices of French toast do not satisfy my mind, I eat at least three to four pieces on my day’s first meal. It felt amazing to eat this French toast with a cup of hot steaming tea on this chilled morning.
🍛 Lunch 🍛
Today, I had fried Rui fish curry with rice for my lunch. I always prefer to eat fried fish than eating any fish curry that is made with vegetables. There was another item which was accompanied by a vegetable. It was made with potatoes and stem amaranth. This is a very beneficial food for our health. Also, there was swamp barb fried fish. I like to eat these fish very slowly after the meal. This is one of the most enjoyable times of the lunch for me. And I enjoyed this entire meal with white radish which enhanced the taste of this meal a little more.
🥪 Evening Snacks 🥪
Since I had eaten a little too much in the afternoon today, I had a very light evening snack today. This evening's breakfast was thin crispy Jalebi. These jalebis I enjoyed with a steamed cup of tea.
🍲 Dinner 🍲
We Bengalis definitely eat rice at night. But today I did not want to eat rice at night, so I decided to eat noodles. For dinner at night, I had vegetable Maggi noodles made with a small quantity of oil.
This was my one-day meal menu, I hope everyone likes it and all my friends will share this post with their love.
