Hoy doy inicio a un nuevo concurso, para todos los chefs de nuestra comunidad SIC, es súper sencillo de participar, ya que todos en nuestro hogar tenemos esta gran proteína y minerales, cómo es la "Carne" que se prepara de diferentes manera que nos gustan a nuestro paladar.

La Carne es una gran proteína que siempre acompaña a nuestras comidas, la cual la preparamos de varias formas bien sea:
🔹Carne guisada.
🔹Carne a la plancha.
🔹Carne Molida.
🔹Salteado de Carne.
Podemos hacer y crear recetas excelente con esta gran proteína que es de gran importancia ya que contiene muchas vitaminas una de ella es B12, para nuestro organismo, es una gran propiedad nutricional y muy completa para nuestra salud.
¿Cómo participar? |

Describe tu pasión por la carne, solo comparte las mejores fotos en diferentes ángulos, no es necesario el paso a paso de la preparación de la comida, comparte si es una receta especial, si la degustan en familia, si la acompañas con arroz o pasta.
Es fácil y sencillo de partcipar recuerda tu imaginación es el límite, solo queremos las mejores fotografías y una breve descripción.

Today I start a new contest, for all the chefs in our SIC community, it is super easy to participate, since everyone in our home has this great protein and minerals, how is the "Meat" that is prepared from different way that we like to our palate.

Meat is a great protein that always accompanies our meals, which we prepare in various ways, either:
🔹 Stewed meat.
🔹 Grilled meat.
🔹 Ground Beef.
🔹 Meat Stir Fry.
We can make and create excellent recipes with this great protein, which is of great importance since it contains many vitamins, one of which is B12, for our body, it is a great nutritional property and very complete for our health.
