Today, after 2 days, the children's schools have opened after the holidays ended, my morning time is very busy, there is a new demand every day for the children to put in the tiffin, even today my son insisted on eating and taking paneer toast, so I started preparing to make it.

I get a lot of happiness in sharing my recipe with all of you. Your love and support always boost my morale, that's why today again I have come to share my new recipe of paneer toast with all of you.

This toast is very healthy and tasty to eat, that's why I often make this paneer toast.

Ingredients:

150 grams paneer,

half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli,

half teaspoon coriander powder,

a quarter teaspoon garam masala,

a quarter teaspoon black salt,

a quarter teaspoon plain salt,

a quarter teaspoon kasuri methi,

a quarter teaspoon roasted cumin powder,

a teaspoon gram flour,

two teaspoons curd,

a teaspoon mustard oil

and a little ginger garlic paste.

Method:

First of all, I put curd, gram flour and all the spices in a bowl and mixed everything. Then cut the paneer into small pieces and added it and mixed it too. In this way, I left the paneer to marinate for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, I put a pan on the gas to heat and poured mustard oil in it. When the mustard oil got heated, I added the marinated paneer in it and fried it for 5 minutes. In this way, I prepared the stuffing for paneer.

Now I took a bread slice, put the stuffing in the middle and covered it with another piece. I heated the pan and roasted the toast on both sides until it becomes crispy.😊

This is how I prepared paneer toast in a very easy way. My kids liked this paneer toast very much.😄
