Assalamu Alaikum to all. I hope all my dear friends are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I am here with another recipe post. Today I will share a different recipe with you. Today's recipe is - Raw Mango Sour Pickle. So let's start today's recipe.


Raw mango pickles are delicious, and one cannot find a person who does not love to eat mango pickles as now is the mango season, and many people like to eat mango pickles with rice, dal, khichuri, etc. Also, we eat pickles to increase the taste. And since mango pickles with mustard, It's enjoyable to eat.

The ingredients I need to make the recipe are:👇

Mustard batter
Mustard oil
Garlic

Panchphoran masala
Dry pepper
Yellow powder
salt
Now take a look at my method of making pickles.

First of all, the mangoes should be washed and cleaned. Then remove the mango pulp with the help of a light knife.

After removing the peel- salt- and water should be mixed in a container, and the mangoes should be soaked for 30 minutes. Now cut the mangoes into pieces as desired.


The mangoes cut into pieces should be steamed in slightly lukewarm water. Now, I will smear the steamed mangoes with beaten mustard, a little turmeric powder, and some garlic and let the mangoes dry in the sun on a spread plate.

I will dry in the sun all day today. It will be like this after drying in the sun.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry some garam masala, sugar, and mangoes in the oven. And stir the pickle lightly. By not stirring, at some point, the mangoes will have a beautiful color, and the oils will be separated from the pickle; then, you will understand that the pickle is being made.

Now sprinkle the panchpooran(a combination of a few spices) on top of the pickle.

If you want, you can store this pickle for many days.
