A popular symbol of Vladivostok is the revolutionary partisan.
A hundred years ago, they drove the Japanese invaders out of Russia and established Soviet power.
But the insurgents not only waged war; these people lived ordinary lives.
I had to hide in the Sikhote-Alin mountains
There they baked their own bread.
Now in this place is the city of Partizansk.
And there they also bake sweet gingerbread - "Partisan".
