CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 265 g flour 00
- 130 g sugar
- 125 gr of butter at room temperature
- 135 gr milk
- 2 eggs
- a teaspoon of baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 10 g vanilla yeast
- 100 g chocolate chips
Procedure
Take the butter at room temperature and add it to the sugar and beat until creamy.
Add the eggs while continuing to beat, then sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda; also add the pinch of salt and beat.
Finally, add the milk, mix and add the chocolate chips.
Grease the muffin tin and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
