π£ β¨THE BEST FOOD POST β¨ π£ WEEK #69 MY BEST FOOD IS JHALMURI.π
This week I am also very happy to participate in The Best Food contest. I am here with you today with one of my best dishes. Food Many people like many types of food, I also like different foods at different times. Among them, one of my favorite dishes is Jhal Muri. Some call this Jhal Muri also Muri Bharta. But I call it jhal mudri.
So friends let's know how to make Jhal Muri and what ingredients are required to make Jhal Muri.
- Raw onion.
- Green chillies.
- Muri
- Chanachur.
- Chickpea Boots.
- Dal Bharta.
- Bit of salt.
- Spicy oil.
Just these few ingredients can make Jhal Murdi very nicely and eat it.
raw onion
First you need to cut and wash some raw onions. After that, cut the onions into small pieces with a sharp knife. We cut raw onions.
Green chillies
A few green chillies should be washed as needed. Then cut it into small pieces like an onion. However, care should be taken in cutting green chillies that green chillies cannot be split, green chillies should be cut roundly without cracking them. We also chopped green chillies.
Took a mug to apply jhal mudri. The mug should be filled first. After that add green chillies and raw onions. After that Chanachur and Chhola boots should be given. After that add oil mixed with beet salt and masala. When everything is given then the sprinkling should start. Within 30 to 40 seconds the kneading is over.
After the Jhal wrap was finished, it was given to us and I and my uncle Mahmud Hasan started eating. Jhalmuri is served on a plate. And a few paper cards are given to eat Jhal Muri. We have had a blast with those paper cards.
