Especially for people who love food, I think this participation will be very enjoyable. I have been an expatriate for nine to ten years. I have been living abroad. Many of you may know that expats need to prepare their own food and personally, I am also a cook. I like to do a lot.
That's why today I have come to you with a cooking recipe that is a very delicious and very popular curry.
Cauliflower I think there are very few people inside or outside the Asian continent who do not know cauliflower and many may have an idea about its qualities especially because cauliflower is a winter vegetable.
Those who have an idea about Bangladesh can say that Bangladesh is a country made up of six seasons, but the vegetables that are produced in winter are cauliflower, cabbage, and other types of vegetables, but the popularity of cauliflower is very high and it is a very delicious curry.
Anyway, friends without talking much let's talk about our main discussion or the benefits that will be used for the recipe.
For cooking in simple pans like –
onion
garlic

Since potatoes are cooked with fish, potatoes, and fish must be mentioned.

Anyway, since I have two stoves, I have to cook cauliflower on the side stove. Onion, garlic, and green chilies should be sauteed well in oil. When it becomes light brown, you should add coffee and light inside it and saute it well.
After sitting like this for four to five minutes, when you see that your coffee grounds have become slightly soft or boiled, then you should stir it with a light amount of turmeric and of course, add a certain amount of salt, but I can't tell you how much.
When you grind something in this way, it definitely has its own smell, but the smell will disappear and the aroma of cooking will come out, then you add enough broth or water.
After adding water cover it with a lid and after two to three minutes leave your fried fish on top after four to five minutes you will see that your very tasty and popular cauliflower fish dish is ready.
