La crisi economica che attanaglia il nostro paese, visibile soprattutto dopo la pandemia, ha colpito un po' tutti, non soltanto le classi sociali meno abbienti.
Lo smart working ha fatto chiudere centinaia di bar situati nelle zone degli uffici, lo vedo a Torino, credo sia la stessa cosa nel resto del paese.
Leggevo un interessante articolo che raccontava a seguito di una indagine Coldiretti/Censis come anche i dirigenti abbiano diradato di molto i pranzi al bar o al ristorante per tornare a quello che una
volta veniva chiamato baracchino o, con una definizione meno proletaria, schiscetta.
Pare che oramai un italiano su due si porti la gavetta sul lavoro spesso contenente gli avanzi dei pasti precedenti a casa, oggi non si butta piu' via niente, un po' come facevano i nostri nonni.
Ci sono vere e proprie statistiche il 50,5% dei dirigenti, 55% di impiegati ed insegnanti, 62% dei dipendenti esecutivi, 63,9% dei lavoratori atipici qualunque cosa voglia significare questo termine.
Questo accade, suppongo anche per il rincarare dei prezzi nei bar e nei ristoranti, oggi per un panino ed una birra puoi lasciare sul tavolo piu' di 10 euro, moltiplicatelo per tutto l'anno e vedrete la cifra che viene fuori, se si lavora in due e' una mattanza.
Oggi le aziende sono molto piu' avare nel fornire buoni pasto e quando lo fanno coprono solo in parte il costo del pranzo.
Da sportivo aggiungo che e' molto piu' sano portarsi da mangiare che rovinarsi lo stomaco in giro.
I ristoranti che offrono il pranzo a 12/14 euro andrebbero evitati come la peste, a quelle cifre Dio solo sa cosa ti mettono nel piatto.
Sempre questa ricerca Coldiretti/Censis mette in risalto come anche per fare la spesa le abitudini siano cambiate.
Un tempo la maggior parte della gente andava al supermercato acquistando “a vista” finendo per spendere decisamente di piu' di quanto si era programmato.
Oggi moltissimi si scrivono la lista su un bel foglietto acquistando quello e solo quello.

As a sportsman I would add that it is much healthier to bring your own food than to ruin your stomach by walking around.
Restaurants that offer lunch for 12/14 euros should be avoided like the plague, at those prices God only knows what they put on your plate.
This Coldiretti/Censis research also highlights how habits have changed even when shopping.
Once upon a time, most people went to the supermarket buying "on sight" and ended up spending significantly more than they had planned.
Today many people write their list on a nice piece of paper by purchasing that and only that.
