MOMENTI TUNERI
I miei soggiorni a Cuba sono fatti di una intensa vita diurna con poche nottate, però qualcuna la faccio ancora, come ieri.
Nei miei pomeriggi in piscina ho ritrovato piacevolmente due conoscenti di vecchia data.
Un ex avvocato bolognese e un trafficone basco.
Ieri pomeriggio decidiamo di passare la nottata al Bella Vita, il miglior locale di Las Tunas.
Per non dover passare al locale a prenotare il tavolo mi sento direttamente col proprietario in Svizzera, anche lui amico di vecchissima data, che ci riserva un tavolo in zona Vip.
Arrivo poco prima delle 23, i miei due compari sono già seduti.
Sia chiaro, volevo solo una bella serata, non cercavo nulla d'altro.
Verso mezzanotte il locale era strapieno, oltre a noi tre i soli stranieri sono un altro italiano e due israeliani.
Tutto gli altri cubani, parlo di un locale non esattamente economico.
Soldi che arrivano da fuori?
Forse.
Alle 2, dopo 4 gin tonic, andiamo a prendere gli scooter che un muto ci stava vigilando.
Bella serata in un locale ben controllato e con un servizio di prim'ordine.

TUNERI MOMENTS
My stays in Cuba are made up of an intense daytime life with a few late nights, but I still do some, like yesterday.
During my afternoons at the pool I pleasantly met up with two old acquaintances.
A former lawyer from Bologna and a Basque trafficker.
Yesterday afternoon we decided to spend the night at Bella Vita, the best place in Las Tunas.
To avoid having to go to the restaurant to book a table, I speak directly with the owner in Switzerland, also a very old friend, who reserves a table for us in the VIP area.
I arrive just before 11pm, my two buddies are already seated.
Let's be clear, I just wanted a nice evening, I wasn't looking for anything else.
Around midnight the place was packed, besides the three of us the only foreigners were another Italian and two Israelis.
All the other Cubans, I'm talking about a place that isn't exactly cheap.
Money coming from outside?
Perhaps.
At 2, after 4 gin and tonics, we go to get the scooters that a mute man was watching over us.
Lovely evening in a well-controlled venue with first-rate service.
YESTERDAY FIRST DAY WITHOUT APAGONES.
