Hello Steemians.

This is my first piece in Italy. Thank you @kusal for mentioning me. Rather than writing about a conventional trip I would like to write about an evening trip I made last month while staying in the Kingdom of Thailand.

It was a tidy day at the Asian Institute of Technology, where our group had to participate in several meetings in Bangkok, the mood was not okay for preparing dinner. So we decided to go to a night market nearby both Thammasat University and AIT.

It was about two kilometres from the AIT Extension Building

Luckily a van was reserved to reach the place. (But not for way back) We went there around 4. 30 PM. And it was already crowded. The market was an open market but had a huge shed over the stalls so it is protected by rain and heat. The climate was really hot, due to the heat wave spread over that time in Thailand.

The food was extremely good and delicious. And the vibe was fascinating many university students were there to have evening snacks and dinner. Look at the YAKITORI-style noodle here. They were fresh and juicy. What I observed most of the time they offered many vegetarian options also. Of course, in Thailand, they like to have fried meat with their food. I bought rice and chicken with some fried chicken. and it was delicious.

There was a separate open area for have the food. And for dessert, I bought low-sugar ice cream from a vendor in front of the market. It was one of the best ice creams I have ever had from a market.

Finally, we came back to the guest house by foot and it took us almost an hour since we were not rushing things as we wanted to stay outside as much as possible (we were inside classrooms all day).
This was a memorable outing for me as this is not quite popular in my country yet other than having street foods. Thank you for stopping by. And thank you for organizing the contest.
