Ci sono due strade diverse per affrontare i tempi del tutto particolari che sta attraversando il calcio italiano: la prima è cercando di spogliarsi della "maglietta" che si indossa tutti i giorni, per provare a guardare le cose con un minimo di obiettività (cosa spesso difficilissima anche per chi vi scrive); la seconda è affidarsi alle decine di tweet rilasciati nell'etere dai vari Ziliani, Alvino e compagnia cantante, che preferirebbero farsi mutilare le parti più nobili piuttosto che riconoscere le ragioni di un club "odiato".
Quest'ultima è indubbiamente quella più facile. Non serve pensare, né farsi domande, nemmeno di fronte ad evidenti stranezze e soprusi, ma basta affidarsi, come si fa la domenica con il Vangelo, alle parole di chi è stato eletto capopopolo. Se le regioni provengono da colori sgraditi, di certo si trasformeranno in torto, mentre se a lamentarsi sono i "nostri", diventerà impossibile non ascoltare le grida di sdegno, diventandone cassa di risonanza a prescindere dalla fondatezza.
La strada appena descritta, inutile negarlo, è quella che tendiamo a seguire, anche se non proprio ai livelli dei personaggi di cui sopra, un po' tutti noi tifosi. Specialmente in Italia, dove le questioni di tifo sono diventate una vera e propria guerra tra bande, ed è per questo che quando si prova ad uscirne, e ad elevarsi su un ipotetico monte dell'imparzialità, risulta difficile per chiunque si sia schierato in precedenza provare ad essere preso sul serio.

Tuttavia, da qualsiasi parte la si guardi, credo che dentro di sé persino buona parte degli adepti degli odiatori seriali (sebbene non lo ammetteranno mai) si siano accorti che nella battaglia tra la Juventus e la giustizia sportiva, capeggiata dai vari Chiné e Torsello, molto più di qualcosa non quadri come dovrebbe.
La notizia del ricorso presentato dalla FIGC al Consiglio di Stato, circa l'obbligo imposto dal TAR del Lazio di esibire la ormai famosa carta segreta, il carteggio intercorso tra il procuratore federale, Giuseppe Chiné, e la Covisoc, ha di fatti lasciato esplodere più di un dubbio sulla tanto decantata trasparenza della giustizia sportiva.
Davvero possono reggere i motivi cavillosi addotti, circa la violazione della clausola compromissoria (ogni tesserato o società deve attendere il completamento dell'iter sportivo, prima di rivolgersi alla giustizia ordinaria) per continuare a secretare atti che un tribunale ha ordinato di mostrare? E' credibile che la FIGC, che per bocca dello stesso Gravina ha lamentato la scarsità di fondi persino per pagare le bollette del centro federale di Coverciano, preferisca ingaggiare un'altra lunga ed imprevedibile battaglia legale, piuttosto che rendere noto un carteggio definito ininfluente?
Esiste il forte sospetto che la documentazione, tenuta ostinatamente riservata dagli accusatori, in realtà possa retrodatare ufficialmente l'inizio delle indagini ad aprile dello scorso anno, cosa che avrebbe reso impossibile la riapertura del processo, per la decadenza dei termini temporali, già a luglio 2022.
Non servono grandi doti investigative per comprendere come un processo, portato avanti per colpire in maniera scientifica una sola società, nonostante la consapevolezza dell'impossibilità di procedere, rappresenterebbe non solo un atto gravissimo ai fini sportivi, ma un qualcosa capace di configurare il reato di abuso d'ufficio da parte dei vertici federali.

E la cosa peggiore è che la parte più grave potrebbe non essere ancora stata svelata. Secondo alcune ipotesi emerse nelle ultime ore, le note della COVISOC, protocollate ed inserite negli atti del processo, potrebbero coinvolgere addirittura altre squadre (si è fatto il nome di Napoli, Lazio, Inter e Roma), sulle quali l'ente avrebbe sospettato la mancanza dei requisiti per l'iscrizione al campionato.
Naturalmente, allo stato attuale delle cose, si tratta semplicemente di voci di corridoio, senza alcun riscontro, ma che se confermate eleverebbero il livello dello scandalo ad un punto mai visto prima. Chiné, Torsello e Gravina, complici di una vera e propria truffa, rischierebbero l'arresto in flagranza di reato, mentre tutto il calcio italiano verrebbe azzerato e verosimilmente commissionato dalla politica.
Politica che, secondo le fonti riportate dal giornalista Andrea Bosco, avrebbe deciso già alcuni anni fa l'affossamento sistematico della Juventus, dopo la conquista dell'ottavo titolo consecutivo, in quanto ritenuta aberrazione di un sistema destinato, con un'unica squadra vincente, a perdere d'interesse.
Non c'è che dire, visto come stanno andando le cose, un successone. Siamo di fronte, per altri motivi e con altri protagonisti, alla replica del 2006, fatta e finita, anche se, come spesso accade, la storia la prima volta si presenta come tragedia, la seconda come farsa.
