Le Pleiadi sono un ammasso aperto di stelle visibile nella costellazione del Toro. Composte principalmente da stelle giovani e calde, le Pleiadi sono comunemente conosciute come le "Sette Sorelle", anche se in realtà spesso si vedono solo sei stelle a occhio nudo. La formazione stellare è stimata essere avvenuta circa 100 milioni di anni fa.
