I have always loved participating in food contests. Today I have brought you a new cooking recipe. Katakati made with almonds and coconut. I have not created this before, creating a new one. Now I will describe to you how it felt after making it and the preparation process and everything in front of you.

First I put a pan on the stove. When the curry was hot, I added coconut and almonds. I blended the coconut and almonds in a blender before adding the coconut and almonds. After that, when it was hot, I added almonds and coconut.

Then I added sugar to it. Killed well after adding sugar. They need to be stirred for a long time to make the kattak. For about 20-25 minutes I tried to harden the almonds, coconut and sugar with a net in the oven like this.

After 30 minutes I added a small amount of raisins to the almond curd to enhance the flavor.
Then after burning for a while I took them down in a tray.

Before taking it down I put some oil on the tray so it would lift easily. Then I tried to flatten it slowly by hand. Once flattened I left it to cool for a while.
Once cool I cut it with a knife. After cutting them with a knife I took them out on a plate.
There is always a good feeling when cooking something new. Because you never know what you're making will taste like. So it's always a fun thing, things can be bad and things can be good. In the end my food wasn't too bad but the cut was not as firm as it should have been.
