I like both, perhaps the black and white one has its own particular charm, every now and then some shots in this mode could also be sent, just to change the standard...
Let's go to today, we went to clean the restaurant on Monday morning, after what happened last week, when for the 1st time we were asked to stay at home (due to the lack of work in the restaurant ), there was a little latent fear that it could happen again this morning too, fortunately it didn't, and we went to work regularly, there are signs, quite unequivocal, on the extent of the amount of work that was done, they are not absolutely reliable but they indicate in a fairly precise way what happened above all in the past weekend, I am referring to the amount of paper thrown in the toilet bins, the coffee grounds in the collection drawer, the receipts thrown in the basket, there wasn't enough to say that there was a full house but not even a negligible job...
Once our work was finished, I made a couple of phone calls, to plan my work for this week, I plan to assemble a couple of slush machines on Thursday morning and certainly on Thursday or Friday afternoon, the customer still has confirm the date, if you prefer one afternoon or the other, the 1st assembly it's a new customer, I'm going to position the slush machine myself, to see how my product is and to best recommend this new establishment, you want a product of a good standard, so I'm calm, I'm in crisis if the place is looking for a low-quality, low-priced cold cream, because I've switched, as far as coffee cream is concerned, to only deal with our high-end product, not to be a snob, but I prefer to use a product that has never given any problems in terms of taste, I like it and it costs a little more, so I'm calm when I propose my article from that point of view...

Meglio in bianco e nero o a colori? Mi riferisco logicamente alle immagini della rosa che ho inviato oggi, è la stessa, sviluppata in colori naturali o con toni bicolore, bianco e nero, come i televisori di tanti anni fa, quale ti piace di più?
Mi piacciono entrambi, forse quello in bianco e nero ha un suo fascino particolare, ogni tanto qualche scatto in questa modalità potrebbe anche essere inviato, giusto per cambiare lo standard...
Andiamo ad oggi, lunedì mattina siamo andati a pulire il ristorante, dopo quanto accaduto la scorsa settimana, quando per la 1° volta ci è stato chiesto di restare a casa (per mancanza di lavoro al ristorante), c'era un po' di paura latente che potesse ripetere anche stamattina, per fortuna così non è stato, e siamo andati a lavorare regolarmente, ci sono segnali, abbastanza inequivocabili, sull'entità della mole di lavoro che è stata fatta, non sono assolutamente attendibili ma indicano in modo abbastanza preciso quello che è successo soprattutto nello scorso weekend, mi riferisco alla quantità di carta buttata nei cestini del wc, ai fondi di caffè nel cassetto di raccolta, agli scontrini buttati nel cestino, non c'era abbastanza da dire che ci fosse stato il tutto esaurito ma nemmeno un lavoro trascurabile...
Terminato il nostro lavoro, ho fatto un paio di telefonate, per pianificare il mio lavoro nelle giornate di questa settimana, ho in programma il montaggio di un paio di granitori nella mattinata di giovedì e sicuramente nel pomeriggio di giovedì o venerdì, il cliente deve ancora confermare la data, se preferisce un pomeriggio oppure l'altro, il 1° montaggio si tratta di un cliente nuovo, vado a posizionare personalmente il granitore, per vedere come viene il mio prodotto e per consigliare al meglio questo nuovo esercizio, vuole un prodotto di buon livello, per cui sono tranquillo, vado in crisi nel caso che il locale stia cercando una crema fredda di bassa qualità, da prezzo, perché sono passato, per quanto riguarda alla crema caffè, a trattare unicamente il nostro prodotto di alta gamma, non per fare lo snob, ma preferisco impiegare un prodotto che non ha mai dato nessun problema a livello di gusto, piace e costa un po' di più, per cui sono tranquillo quando propongo il mio articolo sotto quel punto di vista...
