It's almost 6 in the afternoon in Italy (when I have published this post it will surely be 6), I am accusing the fatigue of this morning, it was hard, really hard, because I went to lend a hand to my partner, cleaning a courtyard of a villa where he works twice a week, they had the idea of tidying up the porch, it was a real blow, really, but let's proceed calmly, going on to talk about what I actually did...
We arrived at 8.30 in the morning, just enough time to make the introductions and off we went, a good cleaning of the external flooring, of the uncovered area, with the removal of the moss that had accumulated almost everywhere, not particularly tiring but quite demanding. then came the main dish, the one that really engaged me, but which also gave me great satisfaction, for the final result that I managed to obtain, the porch canopy...
Full of cobwebs everywhere, the wooden beams provided a convenient place for spiders to go and spin their webs, I started at the bottom but soon realized I had to go higher, up to 4 meters high, I am I went to get a ladder they had in the closet, made of aluminum but quite heavy, it was a safety ladder, the really non-slip ones, the job turned out very well, I practically reached points that otherwise I would not have even come close to imagined reaching...
In addition to the removal of the cobwebs, as detailed and complete as possible, my job also consisted in moving some fairly heavy and bulky furniture and furnishing components, it seems to me that I overcame it all with a residual tiredness in my body rather limited, the showdown will be tomorrow morning, but I think I managed more than worthily, the lady, the owner of that house, was satisfied and happy with my work, in addition to the base money, this fact makes me happy, there will probably still be a need for my support on other occasions too, I had been deigned to be introduced by my partner, now I really don't have any prerequisites, they will call me automatically if necessary...

Sono quasi le 6 del pomeriggio in Italia (quando avrò pubblicato questo post saranno sicuramente le 6), sto accusando la fatica di questa mattina, è stata dura, davvero dura, perché sono andato a dare una mano alla mia compagna, nella pulizia di una corte di una villa dove lavora per 2 volte alla settimana, avevano l'idea di dare una sistemata al porticato, è stata un'autenticata mazzata, davvero, ma procediamo con calma, andando a parlare di cosa ho effettivamente fatto...
Siamo arrivati alle 8 e mezza di mattina, giusto il tempo di fare le presentazioni e via, una bella ripulita alla pavimentazione esterna, della zona scoperta, con rimozione del muschio che si era accumulato un po' ovunque, non particolarmente faticosa ma abbastanza impegnativa, poi è arrivato il piatto forte, quello che mi ha impegnato a fondo, ma che mi ha anche procurato una grande soddisfazione, per il risultato finale che sono riuscito ad ottenere, la tettoia del porticato...
Pieno di ragnatele, ovunque, le travi in legno fornivano un comodo luogo ai ragni dove andare a tessere le loro tele, ho iniziato dalla parte inferiore, ma ben presto ho capito che dovevo andare più in alto, fino a 4 metri di altezza, sono andato a prendere una scala che avevano nel ripostino, di alluminio ma parecchio pesante, era una scala di sicurezza, di quelle veramente anti-scivolo, il lavoro è riuscito molto bene, arrivavo praticamente in punti che diversamente parlando non mi sarei neanche lontanamente immaginato di raggiungere...
Oltre alla rimozione, la più dettagliata e completa possibile, delle ragnatele, il mio lavoro è consistito anche nello spostamento di alcuni mobili e componenti d'arredo abbastanza pesanti e ingombranti, mi sembra di aver superato il tutto con un residuo di stanchezza nel mio corpo piuttosto limitato, la resa dei conti sarà domani mattina, ma ritengo di essermela cavata più che degnamente, la signora, la proprietaria di quella villetta, era soddisfatta e contenta del mio operato, oltre al vil denaro, mi rende felice questo fatto, probabilmente ci sarà bisogno ancora del mio supporto anche in altre occasioni, ero stato degnato presentato dalla mia compagna, adesso non ho più proprio di premesse, all'occorrenza mi chiameranno in automatico...
