Well, last Wednesday, 4 days ago, I receive a call on my cell phone, I still had the telephone number of the lady who had contacted me and with whom I had also spoken in person, I answer and she greets me, then, after a few seconds, he asks me to confirm that this weekend I would start cleaning his staircase...
I was just dumbfounded for a moment, then I immediately replied, saying that I was waiting for a communication from him, which was to come after a very few days, and there hadn't been, confirmation that even the last lady, who was missing that morning, everything was fine fine, but she had to call me back, to say that everything was fine, but she didn't make herself heard, so I deduced that nothing would be done about it, she insisted, saying again that everything was ok from the start, I cut short, closing that chapter by saying that nothing changed, the only thing that mattered was that we had to start cleaning that staircase...
If I had been alone, talking live with that lady and her friend, I could also have doubts, but my partner had understood the same thing, so it was she who had expressed herself badly, making me think that everything it had fallen apart, better this way, we have one more stairway to clean, another small entrance, in a path always tormented by a little less, starting next month...

A volte gli scatti, le immagini, le prendiamo nei posti più insoliti, da oggetti che normalmente non fotograferemmo, ma che invece, in determinati contesti, può avere un senso riprendere, come spero per lo specifico oggetto che ho voluto rendere protagonista, a livello visivo, di questo post, c'entra poco o quasi nulla con quello che vi racconterò oggi, ma mi piaceva, per cui l'ho fotografato, tutto qui...
Ah, dimenticavo di dirvi, anche se alcuni di voi lo avranno già capito, è un bicchierino di vetro, in cui sono solito far scendere il caffè prodotto dalla nostra macchinetta di casa, dopo averlo bevuto erano rimaste queste tracce sul suo vetro trasparente, ok, adesso basta, parliamo di quello che è successo oggi, o meglio, di quello di cui voglio parlarvi, ricordate il discorso di alcuni giorni fa, quello relativo a quella scala, di cui non avevo saputo più nulla, che pensavo, a tutti gli effetti, che non avremmo pulito, per cause imprecisate??
Bene, mercoledì scorso, 4 giorni fa, ricevo una chiamata, sul mio cellulare, avevo ancora memorizzato il numero di telefono della signora che mi aveva contattato e con la quale avevo parlato pure di persona, rispondo e lei mi saluta, poi, dopo pochi secondi, mi chiede conferma del fatto che questo fine settimana avrei iniziato le pulizie della sua scala...
Sono rimasto giusto un attimo interdetto, poi ho subito replicato, dicendo che io aspettavo una sua comunicazione, che doveva avvenire dopo pochissimi giorni, e non c'era stata, di conferma che anche all'ultima signora, che mancava quella mattina, tutto andasse bene, ma doveva richiamarmi lei, per dire che tutto era a posto, invece non si era fatta sentire, per cui io avevo dedotto che non se ne facesse nulla, ha insistito dicendo ancora per che lei era tutto ok sin da subito, io ho tagliato corto, chiudendo quel capitolo dicendo che non cambiava nulla, importava solamente il fatto che dovevamo iniziare a pulire quella scala...
Se fossi stato da solo, a parlare dal vivo con quella signora e la sua amica, potevo anche avere dei dubbi, ma la stessa cosa l'aveva capita la mia compagna, per cui era lei che si era espressa male, facendomi pensare che tutto era andato a rotoli, meglio così, abbiamo una scala in più da pulire, un'altra piccola entrata, in un percorso sempre tormentato da un po' meno, dal prossimo mese...
