I had a rather restless night, I woke up around 4, I slept very heavily for a little more than a couple of hours, then little or nothing, waking breaks, alternating with moments of further sleep, with the result practical that I got up shortly after 9 with a great headache, and my balls were spinning wildly, motivation? reasons? Dunno, I don't know, honestly it's not a great time, but this has been for some time, certainly not since yesterday or the day before yesterday, so one day when I could rest a little more, without major problems, it really wasn't necessary that I had to have such a troubled night...
In the morning I did some chores around the house, various small adjustments, a check on the goods in my small warehouse, then lunch, yesterday they gave us some fish, which my partner cooked yesterday evening, making an exquisite which we associated with spaghettoni, to create a sort of Spaghetti allo scoglio, really very good...
Even now, a few hours after lunch, I have the aftertaste of the flavor of that dish we ate in my mouth, when something is done well, the results can be felt even after some time, I almost go for a trip to the sea, even if the general mood is not the best, unfortunately the brain sometimes plays tricks that are not exactly pleasant, so situations are created in which one almost wants to hurt oneself for free, there is very little to do but try to take note of this fact and try to move forward, in the best possible way, even if, I repeat, it is not easy, I would also be a very elementary individual, who is satisfied with little to have a smile, I cannot say the same thing about other people, even if they actually have some reason, but from here to maintaining certain behaviors, water passes under the bridge...

Ho avuto una nottata piuttosto agitata, mi sono svegliato verso le 4, ho dormito in maniera molto pesante per poco più di un paio di ore, poi poco o nulla, delle pause di veglia, alternate a dei momenti di ulteriore sonno, con il risultato pratico che mi sono alzato poco dopo le 9 con un gran bel mal di testa, e i coglioni che giravano all'impazzata, motivazione? motivazioni? Boh, non lo so, sinceramente non è un bellissimo periodo, ma questo da tempo, non di certo da ieri o l'altro ieri, per cui un giorno che potevo riposare un po' di più, senza grandi problemi, non ci voleva proprio che dovessi avere una nottata così tormentata...
Nella mattinata ho fatto un po' di faccende in casa, piccole sistemazioni varie, un controllo delle merce nel mio piccolo magazzino, poi il pranzo, ieri ci hanno regalato del pesce, che la mia compagna ha cucinato ieri sera, realizzando uno squisito sughetto al quale abbiamo associato degli spaghettoni, per creare una sorta di Spaghetti allo scoglio, davvero molto buoni...
Anche adesso, a distanza di qualche ora dal pranzo, ho in bocca il retrogusto del sapore di quel piatto che abbiamo mangiato, quando una cosa viene fatta bene, i risultati si sentono anche a distanza di tempo, quasi quasi andrei a fare un giro al mare, anche se l'umore generale non è dei migliori, purtroppo il cervello a volte gioca scherzi non proprio piacevoli, per cui si creano delle situazioni per le quali ci si vuole quasi far del male gratuitamente, c'è ben poco da fare se non cercare di prendere atto di questo fatto e tentare di andare avanti, nella maniera migliore possibile, anche se, ripeto, non è facile, io sarei anche un individuo molto elementare, che si accontenta di poco per avere un sorriso, non posso dire la stessa cosa di altre persone, anche se qualche ragione effettivamente ce l'ha, ma da qui a tenere certi comportamenti ne passa di acqua sotto ai ponti...
