In the late morning I get a phone call, I was finishing cleaning the yard at home, at the beginning of the day I had to make some work calls, so I was delayed for a moment, I didn't know the number that was calling me, or better, it seemed vaguely familiar to me, but when I was answering, it had already closed, my cell phone, probably shocked by the various phone calls in the morning, had partially frozen, so I had to restart it, but in the meantime I had also looked who corresponded that number, via the Pagine Bianche site, was calling me an administrator of condominiums, of one of the buildings whose stairs I have been cleaning for years now...
"Now I want this, in this morning that I'm already not feeling at all, he calls me, at the end of the month, isn't it by chance that he tells me that I no longer have to clean that staircase because they won't renew the relationship with me?"
It seems unlikely to me, because I have a good feeling with several condominiums in that building, the smartphone rings again, I open the communication, a female, young voice, which I had never heard before today, because it had a characteristic accent, it tells me that c 'it was a billing error, that I had 3 wrong invoices...
I make up my mind, I remember that passage, 3 months ago I had in fact reversed the billing amounts of 2 buildings, and to balance the accounts I had made a 2nd invoice in the same month to that condominium, this is the reason for the double billing, the sum of which was exactly the usual amount, according to this girl I had got 3 bills wrong in a row, if she had simply paid attention to the bill amounts, she might have figured it out on her own, but maybe even better if she had asked her colleagues, at least one of them was aware of this fact because I promptly warned of the incident...

Una giornata strana, che ha un retrogusto che tira decisamente sull'amaro, senza entrare nello specifico, c'è poco da stare allegri, perché non possiamo mai sapere quello che ci riserva il destino, oggi farò il minimo indispensabile, non ho voglia di fare di più, ho dei motivi...
In tarda mattinata mi arriva una telefonata, stavo finendo di pulire il piazzale di casa, all'inizio di giornata ho dovuto fare qualche telefonata di lavoro, per cui mi ero un attimo allungato nei tempi, non conoscevo il numero che mi stava chiamando, o meglio, mi sembrava vagamente familiare, ma quando stavo rispondendo, aveva già chiuso, il mio cellulare, probabilmente impallato dalle svariate telefonate in mattinata, si era parzialmente bloccato, per cui ho dovuto riavviarlo, ma nel frattempo avevo guardato anche a chi corrispondesse quel numero, tramite il sito Pagine Bianche, mi stava chiamando un amministratore di condomini, di una delle palazzine di cui pulisco ormai da anni le scale...
"Adesso sono vuole questo, in questa mattinata che già non mi gira per niente, mi chiama, a fine mese, non sarà per caso che mi comunica che non devo più pulire quella scala perché non mi rinnovano il rapporto?"
Mi sembra inverosimile, perché ho un buon feeling con diversi condomini di quella palazzina, lo smartphone suona nuovamente, apro la comunicazione, una voce femminile, giovane, che non avevo mai sentito prima di oggi, perché aveva un accento caratteristico, mi dice che c'era un errore di fatturazione, che avevo sbagliato 3 fatture...
Faccio mente locale, ricordo quel passaggio, 3 mesi fa avevo in effetti invertito gli importi di fatturazione di 2 palazzine, e per pareggiare i conti avevo fatto una 2° fattura nello stesso mese a quel condominio, ecco il motivo della doppia fatturazione, la somma delle quali era esattamente dell'importo solito, secondo questa ragazza avevo sbagliato 3 fatture di fila, se avesse semplicemente prestato attenzione agli importi delle fatture, ci sarebbe arrivata forse da sola, ma forse, meglio ancora, se avesse chiesto ai suoi colleghi, almeno uno di loro era al corrente di questo fatto perché avevo prontamente avvisato dell'accaduto...
