I found an orange beetle perching on a green leaf today. It was a small insect when compared to the dark ones I often see but I had to zoom my camera to get a closer view after a few shots from afar.
Most of the ones I see in the northern region are always black or dark blue but as I moved to the east for a holiday I found this one with a special kind color, orange all through. I think they are trying to adapt to environment they find themselves due to weather conditions.
I would personally love to see other colors at some point in the future.
Thank you.
