- My application for Steem Representative -

Greetings to the entire @steemitblog team and all Steemit users.

First of all I want to thank the team because this is a great opportunity for all those users, including myself, who have never stopped believing in the potential of the platform and continue to prove it every day with their constant active presence on Steemit and by interacting and supporting all other Steemians.

So I too, want to propose myself as a Steem Representative, HERE The announcement post by @steemitblog.

INTRODUCING MYSELF

My name is Michela, I am Italian and I have been on Steemit since November 2017 as @mikitaly.
I especially enjoy writing about crypto, NFT, Metaverse, I.A., and everything related to Blockchain-based projects that seek to improve the environmental impact on the Planet.
I enjoy interacting with other Steemit users by reading their posts and commenting on them, always in a respectful and topic-related manner. I always reply to all comments left under my posts because those who take the time to read a post definitely deserve attention and gratitude and it is a great way to surround yourself with people with whom you can establish a good relationship and mutual support on the platform.
I like to be present on Steemit, to stay up-to-date on all the latest news and to make my experience as a Steemians available to anyone who needs it, always remembering that on the platform there are not only experienced and navigated users, but also users who need help understanding how a decentralised blogging system works.

TECHNICAL DATA

I have a reputation of 74, I am in club100, I have over 32K SP owned and I have never done any power down.
I am part of the @italygame team and together with the other members I take care of the Italian community called Italy, which supports Italians on Steemit and users of any nationality who want to contribute to making our community a friendly and mutually supportive place.
I am proud to be part of @italygame which is also Witness and within the top 20 witnesses of the ranking.
For almost 2 years I've been participating in #welovepowerups, every Monday I publish my power-up post to be an example to my community and give advice on active contests, clubs, Steem and SBD situation and whatever I think is useful for all users. HERE my latest post.
I also participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge contests by inviting users from my community to participate.
All of my posts participate in penny4thoughts a project of @remlaps through which authors can reward the best comments left under their posts.
I follow the Steem-fanbase trail for the automatic distribution of votes, but I also perform manual curation by upvoting posts and comments that in my opinion deserve attention.

MY EXPERIENCE IN THE COMMUNITY

Since the creation of @italygame, July 2020, I have gained a good deal of experience in managing and caring for a community, in fact, together with my friends in the team, I take care:

to moderate the Italian community by interacting with users, welcoming new users by helping them integrate into the group, answering questions about how Steemit works; supporting everyone's work through comments and upvotes;
of the organisation of contests proposed in the Italian community;
to report on the contests of other communities to give our users the opportunity to take part in them;
to edit the weekly report listing all activities, achievements, updates and information about the work done by @italygame;
to manage the booming votes by selecting the most deserving posts;
to check users' comments for inclusion in the Special Curation for the most deserving comments;
to translate @steemitblog's posts into Italian to keep Italian users who are unfamiliar with English up to date;
and everything else that needs to be done to keep our community active.

WHY I CAN BE A GOOD STEEM REPRESENTATIVE?

In addition to my experience related to the Italian community, I can also rely on my personal experience as a Steemians for over 5 years, I know the dynamics of the platform, its past and current path, I have also explored other decentralised blogging platforms over the years but none of these have managed to convince me to give up my Steemit account, in fact to date it is the only platform where I publish my posts.

I hope to be able to put myself to the test with this new challenge in order to contribute to the improvement and growth of the platform, putting myself at the disposal of all those users who are still unfamiliar with the world of Steemit and need to be guided towards their path, and at the same time continue to be a point of reference for all the users of the Italian community.

Prima di tutto voglio ringraziare il team perché questa è una grande opportunità per tutti quegli utenti, me compresa, che non hanno mai smesso di credere nelle potenzialità della piattaforma e continuano a dimostrarlo ogni giorno con la loro costante presenza attiva su Steemit e interagendo e supportando tutti gli altri Steemians.

Quindi anche io voglio propormi come Steem Representative, QUI il post di annuncio di @steemitblog.

MI PRESENTO

Mi chiamo Michela, sono italiana e sono su Steemit dal novembre 2017 come @mikitaly.
Mi piace scrivere soprattutto di crypto, NFT, Metaverso, I.A., e tutto quello cha ha a che fare con progetti basati su Blockchain che cercano di migliorare l'impatto ambientale sul Pianeta.
Mi piace interagire con gli altri utenti di Steemit leggendo i loro post e commentandoli, sempre in modo rispettoso e inerente al tema trattato. Rispondo sempre a tutti i commenti lasciati sotto i miei post perché chi dedica tempo a leggere un post merita sicuramente attenzione e gratitudine ed è un ottimo modo per circondarsi di persone con cui instaurare un buon legame e un reciproco supporto sulla piattaforma.
Mi piace essere presente su Steemit, rimanere aggiornata su tutte le ultime novità e mettere a disposizione la mia esperienza da Steemians a chiunque ne abbia bisogno, ricordando sempre che sulla piattaforma oltre agli utenti esperti e navigati, ci sono anche utenti che hanno bisogno di aiuto per capire il funzionamento di un sistema di blogging decentralizzato.

Seguo il trail di Steem-fanbase per la distribuzione automatica dei voti, ma eseguo anche una curation manuale upvotando i post e i commenti che secondo me meritano attenzione.

ESPERIENZA NELLA COMUNITA'

Da quando si è formato @italygame, luglio 2020, ho acquisito una buona esperienza nella gestione e cura di una comunità, infatti insieme ai miei amici del team, mi occupo:

di moderare la comunità italiana interagendo con gli utenti, accogliendo i nuovi utenti aiutandoli ad inserirsi nel gruppo, rispondendo alle domande inerenti al funzionamento di Steemit; supportando il lavoro di tutti attraverso commenti e upvotes;
dell'organizzazione dei concorsi proposti nella comunità italiana;
di segnalare i concorsi delle altre comunità per dare la possibilità ai nostri utenti di prenderne parte;
di redigere il report settimanale che elenca tutte le attività, i risultati raggiunti, gli aggiornamenti e le informazioni inerenti al lavoro svolto da @italygame;
di gestire i voti di booming selezionando i post più meritevoli;
di controllare i commenti degli utenti per inserirli nella Curation Speciale per i commenti più meritevoli;
di tradurre in italiano i post di @steemitblog per tenere aggiornati gli utenti italiani che hanno poca dimestichezza con l'inglese;
e di tutto quello che occorre fare per mantenere attiva la nostra comunità.

PERCHE' POSSO ESSERE UN BUON RAPPRESENTANTE DI STEEM?

Oltre alla mia esperienza legata alla comunità italiana, posso contare anche sulla mia personale esperienza di Steemians da oltre 5 anni, conosco le dinamiche della piattaforma, il suo percorso passato e quello attuale, ho esplorato negli anni anche le altre piattaforme di blogging decentralizzate ma nessuna di queste è riuscita a convincermi a mollare il mio account Steemit anzi ad oggi è l'unica piattaforma in cui pubblico i miei post.

Spero di potermi mettere alla prova con questa nuova sfida per contribuire al miglioramento e alla crescita della piattaforma, mettendomi a disposizione di tutti quegli utenti che non hanno ancora dimestichezza con il mondo di Steemit e hanno bisogno di essere guidati verso il loro percorso, e continuare allo stesso tempo ad essere un punto di riferimento per tutti gli utenti della comunità italiana.
