As you can guess from the title, today I'll try it too!
In addition to my usual per diem, I will try to participate in the community contest that best suits me... the one about food!
As for the summary of my day I will go quite quickly; I worked as usual this morning.
Undemanding day I only prepared 50 poached sausages so I finished at a normal time.
At 12 I was already at home and I was able to use the recovered time to carry on with my writing assignments.
Naturally this allowed me to take my usual nap after lunch; today I was really sleepy, in the end we woke up at five.
After getting back on track for a bit we ran away to do the shopping, tomorrow my brother is coming to dinner with his family and the grandchildren ordered pizza eh eh!
As soon as I got back I prepared the dough, I used 2 and a half kilos of flour and the result was 4 square loaves of 800 grams as you can see in the photo below.
We now come to the part relating to the contest; I took advantage of our trip to the supermarket to buy a pp' of riba for dinner, my wife ordered a hamburger while I had a kebab sandwich, I found a chicken one that was very good.
This is the result...
Those sticks you see on the plate are puff pastry rolls filled with meat and cheese, they're fried and I confess they were really tasty!

At Lidl there are often themed weeks, this one was the western one and I found this lasagna very special, I couldn't resist, I had to taste it!
Basically it's a classic lasagna but inside it, in addition to having the minced meat, it had peppers, beans and corn and it was slightly spicy, really good!
Naturally, in our house, a meal cannot be considered finished without having eaten dessert first.
Let's say that this is my custom since Reny doesn't like sweets ... and to think that she married a pastry chef, lol!
I found this sweet typical of Iran, it's called Tulumba...
The dough is similar to that of a donut, nice tough and compact but still does not remain hard and is dipped in syrup; it's very sweet and it's really good, of course you can eat one or, in my case, at most two eh eh!
Well this was our dinner; tomorrow, obviously, I'll show you the result of the pizza, I anticipate that the flavors will be marinara for my wife, then there will be the classic margherita, one will be half a frankfurter and potatoes and half a tuna and onion and the last one will be half nduja, spicy salami and spicy flatbread and half with four cheeses.
Now thanking you for getting to this point I salute you and I watch the extra time of Rome ... at home we are half Romanisti eh eh!

Oltre al mio consueto diaria proverò a partecipare al contest della communuty che più mi si addice... quello che riguarda il cibo!
Per quel che riguarda il riassuntio della mia giornata andrò abbastanza veloce; stamattina come di consueto ho lavorato.
Giornata poco impegnativa ho preparato solo 50 wrustel in camicia di conseguenza ho finito ad un orario normale.
Alle 12 ero già a casa ed ho potuto sfruttare il tempo recuperato per portarmi avanti con i miei compiti di scrittura.
Naturalmente questo mi ha permesso dopo il pranzo di fare il mio consueto pisolino; oggi avevo davvero tanto sonno, alla fine ci siamo svegliati alle cinque.
Dopo esserci riattivati un po' siamo scappati a fare la spesa, domani viene a cena da noi mio fratello con la sua famiglia e i nipoti hanno ordinato pizza eh eh!
Appena rientrato ho preparato l'impasto, ho utilizzato 2 chili e mezzo di farina e il risultato è stato di 4 panetti da quadi 800 grammi come puoi vedere nella foto qui sotto.
Veniamo ora alla parte inerente al contest; ho approfittato del nostro giro al supermercato per acquistare un pp' di riba per la cene, mia moglie ha ordinato un hamburger mentre io ho fatto un panino con il kebab, ne ho trovato uno di pollo molto buono.
Questo è il risultato...
Quei bastoncini che vedi nei piatto sono dei rotolini di pasta sfoglia ripieni di carne e formaggio, sono fritti e Ti confesso che erano davvero sfiziosi!

Al Lidl spesso ci sono le settimane a tema, un questa c'era quella del west ed ho trovato questa lasagna molto particolare, non ho resistito, dovevo assaggiarla!
Praticamente di base è una lasagna classica ma al suo interno oltre ad avere il macinato aveva peperoni, fagioli e mais ed era leggermente piccante, davvero buona!
Naturalmente, a casa nostra, un pasto non può considerarsi concluso senza prima aver mangiato il dolce.
Questa diciamo che è una mia usanza visto che Reny non ama i dolci... e pensare che ha sposato un pasticcere, lol!
Ho trovato quesyo dolcetto tipico dell'Iran, si chiama Tulumba...
L'impasto è simile a quello di una ciambella, bello tosto e compatto ma comunque non resta duro ed è immerso nello sciroppo; è dolcissimo ed è davvero buono, naturalmente se ne può mangiare uno o, nel mio caso, al massimo due eh eh!
Bene questa è stata la nostra cena; domani, ovviamente, Ti farò vedere il risultato della pizza, Ti anticipo che i gusti saranno marinara per mia moglie, poi ci sarà la classica margherita, una sarà mezza wurstel e patate e mezza tonno e cipolla e l'ultima sarà per metà nduja, salame piccante e spianata piccante e per metà ai quattro formaggi.
