Come promesso, a @mikitaly in un commento, ci saranno post come questo a cadenza settimanale (o forse meglio bisettimanale/altro, causa i miei impegni di studio, ma anche le tempistiche di visite mediche e esami clinici). Per il momento aggiorno con la visita di venerdì dalla mia ginecologa. Mi ha confermato che è proprio vero che i miomi uterini possono rovinare l'intestino e a seconda del risultato dell'ecografia mi confermerà se sono da operare o meno. Le ho detto di aver paura di entrare nell'ospedale pubblico della zona. Mi preoccupa pure il fatto che il sistema sanitario pubblico non prevede chirurgie in modalità laparoscopica (tranne in caso di chirurgia bariatrica per gli obesi, cosa che non è assolutamente il mio caso, visto che per giunta non riesco a mettere su nemmeno un chilo pur con tutta la buona volontà). Mi toglierebbero quindi tutto e davanti a una chirurgia del genere provo soltanto repulsione. Mi rifiuto di perdere tutto l'utero per due soli miomi. In ogni caso è pur sempre preferibile non aprire l'ombrello prima che piova e pensare positivo, dato che comunque, intestino malconcio a parte, non ho più i dolori lancinanti di settimane fa.
Il mio prossimo articolo sarà un nuovo capitolo del mio giallo, che spero ovviamente vi tenga più allegri rispetto all'andazzo del mio stato di salute. Alla prossima, cari saluti.
Ps.: eco effettuata (l'immagine che vedete si riferisce alla clinica dove ho fatto l'eco, che elenca i servizi che offre, foto dal mio Moto G10), ma non ho ancora avuto il tempo materiale di guardarla e in ogni caso è sempre meglio che la veda la mia dottoressa che ovviamente ci capirebbe meglio di me

As promised, to @mikitaly in a comment, there will be posts like this on a weekly basis (or perhaps, better bi-weekly/other timing, due to my studying schedule, but also the timing of doctor's visits and clinical tests). For now, I'll update with Friday's visit to my gynaecologist. She confirmed to me that it is indeed true that uterine myomas can ruin the intestine and depending on the result of the ultrasound she will confirm whether I need a surgery or not. I told her that I'm afraid to go into the local public hospital. I am also worried that the public health system does not provide for laparoscopic surgery (except in the case of bariatric surgery for obese people, which is definitely not my case, since I can't put a single pound even with all my good will). They would then take everything away, and in front of such surgery I feel only repulsion. I refuse to lose my whole uterus for just two myomas. In any way, it is still preferable to think positive, since in any case, out of the leaky gut, I no longer have the dreadful pains of weeks ago.
