Già da qualche settimana è arrivato il freddo e la neve, come è giusto che sia, e le temperature fredde si fanno sentire!
Come spesso ho raccontato non amo il freddo, anzi conto i giorni all’arrivo della primavera.
Però invece di rattristarmi guardando luoghi paradisiaci e splendide spiagge assolate, ho giocato d’astuzia ahahaha mi sono auto-convinta che poi non si sta così male, leggendo un articolo sul posto abitato più freddo al Mondo!

Insomma c’è un villaggio in Siberia, chiamato Oymyakon dove vivono circa 500 persone, che d’inverno raggiunge i 60 gradi sotto lo zero!
Avete capito bene!
Un lungo e rigidissimo inverno che dura circa 9 mesi, dove bisogna coprirsi davvero bene perché con quelle temperature la pelle gela in 5-10 minuti!
Eppure per gli abitanti del posto quella è la normalità, infatti nel villaggio c’è una scuola e addirittura un negozio dove trovare tutto ciò che serve per la quotidianità.
Certo una quotidianità complicata considerando che nelle case, riscaldate con il carbone, non c’è acqua corrente perché le tubature si gelerebbero; non c’è il bagno che è esterno sempre per via delle tubature; non è possibile avere cellulari o tutto ciò che va a batterie perché non resistono alle gelide temperature!
Insomma leggendo l’articolo mi sono per così dire rincuorata e mi sembra poi che non faccia così freddo ahahaha!
Pensate che questo particolarissimo villaggio è anche meta di turismo estremo, per viaggiatori coraggiosi che vogliono sfidare le bassissime temperature!

It has been cold and snowy, as it should be, for a few weeks now, and the cold temperatures are making themselves felt!
As I have often said, I do not like the cold, in fact I count the days until spring arrives.
But instead of getting sad looking at paradisiacal places and beautiful sunny beaches, I played smart ahahaha I convinced myself that it's not so bad, reading an article about the coldest place to live in the world!

In short, there's a village in Siberia, called Oymyakon, where about 500 people live, that reaches 60 degrees below zero in winter!
That's right!
A long, very cold winter that lasts about 9 months, where you have to cover yourself really well because in those temperatures your skin freezes in 5-10 minutes!
Yet for the locals that is the norm, in fact in the village there is a school and even a shop where you can find everything you need for everyday life.
Of course, it is a complicated everyday life considering that in the houses, heated with coal, there is no running water because the pipes would freeze; there is no bathroom, which is outside, again because of the pipes; it is not possible to have mobile phones or anything that runs on batteries because they cannot withstand the freezing temperatures!
In short, reading the article I was heartened, so to speak, and it seems to me that it is not so cold ahahaha!
Just think that this very special village is also a destination for extreme tourism, for courageous travellers who want to challenge the extremely low temperatures!
