I turisti ne combinano di tutti i colori alla nostra povera cucina italiana, facendo le richieste più assurde e disparate che vanno ad oltraggiare alcuni piatti tipici del Belpaese
Abbiamo una delle cucine più buone del mondo. Non sorprende dunque il fatto che i nostri ristoranti siano sempre invasi da turisti che, se da una parte apprezzano a più non posso i nostri piatti, dall’altra commettono dei veri e propri “crimini alimentari”.
Chi ha fatto il cameriere ne ha viste di tutti i colori ma si sa, il cliente ha sempre ragione e così meglio tapparsi occhi (e bocca) e passare al tavolo successivo. Ora però questi scempi sono stati censiti e un sondaggio ne ha stilato la classifica di quelli che più ci fanno andare il cuore (e lo stomaco) in mille pezzi.
Il podio dei peggiori crimini
L’analisi ha coinvolto 1.040 italiani di età compresa tra i 18 e i 61 anni ed è emerso come per il 64,6% del campione, il peggior peccato che possa commettere un turista nei confronti del cibo nostrano è mettere il ketchup sulla pasta.
Al secondo posto segue a ruota la pizza con l’ananas, la famosa pizza hawaiana. Il 62,4% degli italiani ritiene che sia “molto sconvolgente” che i turisti la cerchino, nella maggior parte dei casi fortunatamente inutilmente, nei menu delle pizzerie.
Il terzo gradino del podio è mettere la pasta in acqua fredda e poi portarla ad ebollizione e cottura (per il 56,9%). Subito dopo abbiamo lo spezzare gli spaghetti (55,1%) ed il rifiutarsi di condividere il cibo con gli altri(52,1%). Dato che noi italiani spesso dividiamo dolci e antipasti, sembra fare molta rabbia vedere i turisti che mangiano ognuno dal proprio piatto.
Non è chiaramente finita qui perché in top ten abbiamo anche i primi piatti. Guai ad aggiungere la panna alla carbonara oppure ad usare il tipo di pasta “sbagliato” per un piatto particolare che senza dubbio ne necessità un altro.
Gli stranieri paiono in difficoltà nel capire che non si tratta solamente di un fatto estetico, ma ogni tipo di pasta ha una funzione ben specifica. Cosa sarebbero del resto il pesto senza le trofie, le cime di rapa senza le orecchiette o la carbonara senza gli spaghetti o l’amatriciana senza bucatini?
All’ottavo posto troviamo di nuovo il ketchup, ma questa volta sulla pizza (orrore!). No anche a chiedere il formaggio grattugiato per un piatto con i frutti di mare. A chiudere la top ten abbiamo il fatto di usare il coltello e la forchetta per mangiare la pizza, che secondo la maggior parte degli italiani andrebbe gustata con le mani.

Riassumendo, quindi ecco la classifica dei 10 peggiori crimini commessi a danno della nostra tradizione culinaria:

Questo articolo mi ha fatto sorridere e volevo condividerlo con voi per farci due risate e soprattutto scoprire qual è lo stravolgimento alimentare fatto dai turisti sulla nostra cucina che più vi disturba!
Noi italiani siamo molto esigenti in fatto di cibo, per noi mangiare è una forma d'arte, che ci tramandiamo da generazioni, per questo rimaniamo sconvolti e a volte disturbati da alcuni abbinamenti creativi fatti dai turisti!
La verità è che moltissimi turisti quando arrivano in Italia ed assaggiano i piatti originali ne rimangono entusiasti, però molte loro abitudini sono dure da sconfiggere!
Io da buona romana ho difficoltà a sorvolare su due o tre punti che vi lascerò indovinare ahahahaha! Sono curiosa di conoscere quale punto proprio non potete perdonare ahahaha!

Tourists do all sorts of things to our poor Italian cuisine, making the most absurd and disparate demands that outrage some of the Belpaese's typical dishes
We have one of the best cuisines in the world. It is therefore not surprising that our restaurants are always invaded by tourists who, while they enjoy our dishes to the fullest, commit real 'food crimes'.
Whoever has been a waiter has seen it all, but you know, the customer is always right and so it is better to cover your eyes (and mouth) and move on to the next table. Now, however, these shenanigans have been counted and a survey has ranked the ones that make our hearts (and stomachs) skip a beat.
The podium of the worst crimes
The analysis involved 1,040 Italians between the ages of 18 and 61 and revealed that for 64.6% of the sample, the worst sin a tourist can commit against local food is putting ketchup on pasta.
In second place comes pineapple pizza, the famous Hawaiian pizza. 62.4% of Italians think it is 'very upsetting' that tourists search for it, in most cases fortunately to no avail, on the menus of pizzerias.
The third step on the podium is putting pasta in cold water and then bringing it to the boil and cooking it (for 56.9%). Next we have breaking spaghetti (55.1%) and refusing to share food with others (52.1%). Given that we Italians often share desserts and starters, it seems to make one very angry to see tourists each eating from their own plate.
This is clearly not the end of the story because in the top ten we also have pasta dishes. Woe betide you if you add cream to carbonara or use the 'wrong' type of pasta for a particular dish that undoubtedly needs another.
Foreigners seem to have difficulty understanding that it is not just an aesthetic fact, but that each type of pasta has a very specific function. What would pesto be without trofie, turnip tops without orecchiette or carbonara without spaghetti or amatriciana without bucatini?
In eighth place we find ketchup again, but this time on pizza (horror!). Also no to asking for grated cheese for a seafood dish. Closing the top ten we have the fact of using a knife and fork to eat pizza, which according to most Italians should be eaten with the hands.

This article made me smile and I wanted to share it with you to have a good laugh and especially to find out what is the food twist made by tourists on our cuisine that most disturbs you!
We Italians are very demanding when it comes to food, for us eating is an art form that we have handed down from generations, which is why we are shocked and sometimes disturbed by some of the creative combinations made by tourists!
The truth is that many tourists when they come to Italy and taste the original dishes are enthusiastic about them, but many of their habits are hard to overcome!
I as a good Roman have difficulty glossing over two or three points that I will let you guess ahahaha! I am curious to know which point you just can't forgive ahahaha!
