Inaugurato a Fiumicino un murales antismog nato dalle idee e dalle mani dei piccoli studenti delle scuole primarie e secondarie della città in un progetto di educazione ambientale portato avanti dal Comune e da ENGIE Italia. Si tratta del primo murales antismog della città del litorale laziale.
Colorato, vivace e sostenibile, in grado di neutralizzare l’inquinamento prodotto dalla circolazione di circa 2mila auto in un anno. È il primo murales antismog di Fiumicino e a realizzarlo sono stati gli alunni delle scuole primarie e secondarie della città.
Proprio loro compaiono in veste di eroi del futuro sulla facciata della scuola Madonnella, così come si sono immaginati, tra pale eoliche e pannelli fotovoltaici.
Con grembiuli, pennelli, fantasia e consapevolezza hanno dato vita un’opera che ricorda a tutti, grandi e piccini, l’importanza di salvaguardare la nostra Terra. Guidati dallo street artist Fabrizio Sarti, in arte SEA, i bambini hanno utilizzato una vernice completamente naturale che permette di ridurre la presenza di ossidi di azoto nell’aria ed eliminare qualsiasi traccia di batteri nocivi. Come? Per mezzo della luce solare.
Il murales è il frutto dell’iniziativa “A scuola per il pianeta”, ideata da ENGIE Italia, un progetto che tra i banchi di scuola intende sensibilizzare le giovani menti sulla sostenibilità ambientale, la transizione energetica e i cambiamenti climatici.
Il progetto ha coinvolto circa 1.700 alunni di 22 istituti scolastici. Gli studenti, di età compresa tra gli 8 e 13 anni, hanno preso parte a laboratori, giochi e altri eventi sul tema incontrando in classe esperti e divulgatori scientifici.

Le tantissime iniziative, piccole o grandi che siano, intente a salvaguardare l'ambiente e migliorare la nostra vita mi mettono sempre di buon umore e mi fanno sperare nel futuro!
Di murales antismog ne esistono tanti in Italia, anche realizzati da artisti famosi, ma uno realizzato dai bambini è una bellissima iniziativa.
La cosa migliore che possiamo fare è trasmettere una coscienza ecologica ai più piccoli che poi saranno gli adulti di domani e forse avranno più a cuore di noi la salvaguardia dell'ambiente e del nostro Pianeta!

An anti-smog mural created by the ideas and hands of the city's young primary and secondary school students in an environmental education project run by the municipality and ENGIE Italia has been inaugurated in Fiumicino. This is the first anti-smog mural in the city on the Latium coast.
Coloured, lively and sustainable, capable of neutralising the pollution produced by the circulation of about 2,000 cars in a year. This is Fiumicino's first anti-smog mural and it was created by pupils from the city's primary and secondary schools.
They appear as heroes of the future on the façade of the Madonnella school, as they imagined themselves, amidst wind turbines and photovoltaic panels.
With aprons, paintbrushes, imagination and awareness, they have created a work that reminds everyone, young and old, the importance of safeguarding our Earth. Led by street artist Fabrizio Sarti, in art SEA, the children used a completely natural paint that reduces the presence of nitrogen oxides in the air and eliminates all traces of harmful bacteria. How? By means of sunlight.
The mural is the result of the "At school for the planet" initiative, created by ENGIE Italia, a project that aims to raise awareness among young minds in schools about environmental sustainability, energy transition and climate change.
The project involved around 1,700 pupils from 22 schools. The students, aged between 8 and 13, took part in workshops, games and other events on the topic, meeting experts and science lecturers in the classroom.

The many initiatives, no matter how big or small, aimed at protecting the environment and improving our lives always put me in a good mood and give me hope for the future!
There are many anti-smog murals in Italy, even made by famous artists, but one made by children is a beautiful initiative.
The best thing we can do is to transmit an ecological conscience to the youngest children who will then be the adults of tomorrow and perhaps will care more about protecting the environment and our Planet than we do!
