📣 ✨ THE BEST FOOD POST ✨ 📣WEEK #43 : Kebabs

Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

Kebab is most popular and available street food of my city and the business of kebabs is so profitable that people prefer launching business on just this item of food. Around 3-5 kebab selling shop is availble in my next door and it produce a lot of smoke when burn.

Chicken Kebab is mostly available because chickens are not expensive and rare but beef and mutton is rare and expensive and available in few specific restaurants. Recently I visited a kebab shop where I found some friendly people as they assist me to take photographs and short video. At the end I've added the video on Kebab processing too.

The first image was taken when the chef made ready the kebab rods and the chicken were full of spice and necessary ingredients to make it super delicious. I've lost my interest on chicken because our chef of hostel serve chicken three days of a week in the lunch and I don't like chicken as kebab but I love beef as kebab but its rare now. Enjoy few glance of different form of kebab available in my city stores.

Chicken kebabs ready to eat

Chicken Hariyali kebab/ Green chicken kebab was something new to me to see in my city and creative food sellers added this menu on their kebab list. This is expensive even all kebab iteam is expensive even it is made of available and cheap chicken.

Each rods of kebab will charge more than 200 Bangladeshi taka which is equivalent to around 2 US dollars and this price seems not deserving according to the taste of it.

The last image is also about chicken kebab but this kebab is available in affordable price because it was available in food van and food van doesn't charge extra money but food shop charge because food shops pay rent for the shop. Maybe the food shop add more ingredients too.

Food shop charge 4x extra price than the kebab available in food van. Food van charge only 50 taka per kebab stick and both food shop and food van serves chicken so there is no huge difference of taste. So this was my best food post for this week, will be back with another best food story next week InshaAllah, If Almighty Allah keeps me alive.
