It was January 30, 2020 when I came to Dhaka city for career purpose. At that time covid-19 was not so serious so I was able to made a trip on trade fair with my colleagues . I was new so they helped me to go there as they were familiar with the exact location, so I went there with them to enjoy the trip. The fair was held on Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC), Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area of Dhaka city. I went there with my two colleagues and I was an employee of a IT company.
This was my first time when I visited a trade fair and I got there a space for prayer for both male and female separately. My colleagues were very excited and helpful as they wait until I'm done with my prayer. It was evening and gradually it turn to dark and my photos on the trip looks like I was there at night. Actually it was night when I came back to my hostel. We went there via bus and buses are available but Dhaka is a busy city so its hard to get a bus with space sometimes. Anyway, that day we struggle for having the bus to came back.
It seems just few days ago I made the trip but its 3 years now. It was my first trade fair but I hope it was not my last one because I didn't plan for trade fair again with some other friends or colleague. The trade fair was full of accessories and a newly married couple can buy everything they need to decorate their home and full of kitchenware. Kids can get their favorite toys, girls can buy their favorite jewelries, electronic gadgets, everything was there. The trade fair was a complete package of a big fair where everything was available and the price was also reasonable.
Unforgettable Moments Of The Trip To Trade Fair
Made the trip to see how a trade fair look like and I walked the whole area of the fair with my colleagues. As far I can remember we bought ticket to get a entry in the fair and here big brands and companies showcase their products to reach more customers. I liked the toys and bangles and took photos of them as you can see above. I bought nothing because I need nothing at that time from the fair. But if I were a housemaker I must buy some kitchenware like blender, mixer, cutters, spoons and different kinds of pans. I went there to enjoy some views and take photos.
My colleagues enjoyed more as they met their friends there and I helped them capturing photos. We had selfies together but I don't share selfies virtually and not share them in social media. I've shared few glance of the fair that captured by me. I wish to make another trip there in trade fair next year as every year its held in this same location with the different concepts and ideas. I liked the crowd because it was a friendly crowd. The water fountain there was awesome. I loved the lighting in the fair and also loved the highest pavilions with colorful lighting.
