Considerations
1-Aid Decree
The aid decree becomes law. 18/07/2022 it was published in the Official Gazette as Law 91 of July 15, 2022. This decree will facilitate transfers to facilitate the 110 superbonus paperwork. 3-I find Confindustria's analysis very interesting. Italian industries are facing an uncertain period and I believe that soon, many will have problems because of rising production costs.

1-Decreto Aiuti
Il decreto aiuti diventa legge. Il 18/07/2022 è stato pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale come legge 91 del 15 luglio 2022. Questo decreto agevolerà le cessioni per facilitare le pratiche del superbonus 110. Con il decreto i termini di decadenza dai piani di rateizzazione vengono rivisti per avvantaggiare chi ha difficoltà nei pagamenti.
In questa legge è presente il bonus 200 euro. Potranno avere questo bonus i pensionati, i lavoratori, i disoccupati e i percettori del Reddito di cittadinanza.
2-Draghi accordi con l’Algeria
Il premier Mario Draghi va ad Algeri. Negli ultimi mesi l'Algeria è diventato il primo fornitore di gas dell’Italia ed ora la collaborazione diventa più solida. L’Algeria, a livello energetico, diventa un importante partner per l’Italia.
L’accordo ruota su diversi temi, ne elenco alcuni: giustizia, micro imprese e start up, cooperazione industriale, lavori pubblici, cooperazione energetica e sviluppo sostenibile.
3-Italia: scenario incerto
Confindustria si esprime a riguardo del periodo che sta affrontando l’Italia e afferma che lo scenario italiano è molto incerto. Il centro studi di Confindustria vede i rincari di energia e alimentari come segnali che creano incertezza sul futuro. Poi viene segnalato anche il problema del momento ribassista del cambio Euro/Dollaro. Oggi l'euro è debole rispetto al dollaro, fatto che aiuta l'export, ma alza i prezzi dei beni importati. Altro fattore che lancia incertezza sul futuro è l’inflazione. Oggi è piuttosto alta e non sembra che si possa abbassare nei prossimi mesi.
Conclusioni personali
1-Questo decreto non risolverà tutti i problemi dell'Italia, ma si nota un certo sforzo del governo a fare qualcosa di buono.
2-L’Italia non è un Paese che è energeticamente indipendente, questo accordo potrebbe alleviare i problemi che l’Italia avrà il prossimo inverno.
3-L’analisi di Confindustria lo trovo molto interessante. Le industrie italiane stanno affrontando un periodo incerto e credo che a breve, molte avranno dei problemi per l’innalzamento dei costi di produzione.
