Considerations
In order to participate in the super representative voting, we have to stake our TRX. For this action, however, we receive rewards.
Here is a guide on how to claim the rewards

After connecting to TRONLINK click on the "VOTE" icon, the following image follows

Now TRONLINK will take us into Tronscan and on the right hand side of the screen we will find a box saying "Claimable TRX Rewards".
This box shows the TRX tokens that we can redeem.
To redeem them, click on the "CLAIM" button

We will have to continue the transaction with TRONLINK by accepting the various TRONLINK requests and our TRX tokens will end up in our Wallet
Conclusions
To own TRON resources, i.e. Bandwodth and Energy, we have to stake TRX, but this action will give us a double advantage. 1- We can vote for super representatives of the blockchain 2- We will get rewards in TRX

Per partecipare alle votazioni dei super rappresentanti dobbiamo mettere in stake i nostri TRX. Per questa azione però riceviamo delle ricompense.

Dopo essersi collegati a TRONLINK cliccare sull'icone "VOTE", segue immagine

Ora TRONLINK ci porterà dentro Tronscan e sulla destra della schermata troveremo una casella con scritto "Claimable TRX Rewards"
In questo riquadro sono mostrati i token TRX che possiamo riscattare.
Per riscattarli bisogna cliccare sul pulsante "CLAIM"

Bisognerà far proseguire la transazione con TRONLINK accettando le varie richieste di TRONLINK ed i nostri TRX andranno a finire nel nostro Wallet
Conclusioni
Per possedere le risorse di TRON, cioè Bandwodth ed Energy, dobbiamo mettere in stake i TRX, ma questa azione ci darà un doppio vantaggio. 1- Possiamo votare i super rappresentanti della blockchain 2-otteremo delle ricompense in TRX
