Classification
As of December 2021 we had PancakeSwap in first place, followed by Katana, Trader Joe, Raydium and in fifth place Sushi.

Let's see what are the top 5 most popular platforms in DeFi by consulting DappRadar's ranking by setting the data to 30 days.
Below is the ranking of the top 5 platforms, then follows the ranking of the other 5 that complete the top 10, finally are marked the positions of some platforms that I'm watching.
The ranking of the 5 most popular DeFi platform, analyzing the data of the last 7 days, is as follows
01 - PancakeSwap (BSC platform)
02 - Katana (Ronin)
03 - Trader Joe (Avalanche platform)
04 - Raydium (Solana platform)
05 - MetaMask Swap (ETH platform)
Below is the ranking from 6th to 10th place:
06 - 1inch Network (ETH platform, BSC, Polygon)
07 - Orca (Solana)
08 - Sushi (ETH platform, BSC, TELOSEVM, OEC, Avalanche, Harmony, Polygon)
09 - GoodDollar (ETH platform, Fuse)
10 - Polygon POS Bridge (ETH platform)

Considerations
MetaMask Swap (ETH platform), rises from eighth place to fifth, thus entering the top 5. 1inch Network gains one position, rising from seventh to sixth place. Orca from the Solana platform enters the top ten, gaining the seventh position. AAVE from 23rd place, drops to 37th place, this prestigious platform built on ethereum is losing more and more popularity.
Conclusions
As for the most popular DiFi platforms, we see that PancakeSwap (BSC platform) has been firmly in the lead for three months now. It's followed by Katana in second place and I think Katana's success is due to the fact that it's built on Ronin, the network on which the famous Axie Infinity game runs,
I'm surprised by ORCA which in three months went from 17th place to seventh.

A Dicembre 2021 avevamo al primo posto PancakeSwap, seguito da Katana, Trader Joe, Raydium e al quinto posto Sushi.

Vediamo quali sono le prime 5 piattaforme più popolari della DeFi consultando la classifica di DappRadar impostando i dati a 30 giorni.
Qui di seguito c'è la classifica delle prime 5 piattaforme, poi segue la classifica delle altre 5 che completano la top 10, infine sono segnate le posizioni di alcune piattaforme che sto osservando.
La classifica delle 5 piattaforme DeFi più popolari, analizzando i dati degli ultimi 7 giorni, risulta la seguente

Considerazioni
MetaMask Swap (piattaforma ETH), passa dall’ottavo posto al quinto, entra quindi nella top 5. 1inch Network guadagna una posizione, passa dal settimo al sesto posto. Orca della piattaforma Solana entra nella top ten conquistando la settima posizione. AAVE dal 23esimo posto, scende al 37esimo posto, questa prestigiosa piattaforma costruita su ethereum sta perdendo sempre più popolarità.
Conclusioni
Per quanto riguarda le piattaforme DiFi più popolari vediamo che PancakeSwap (piattaforma BSC) è da tre mesi che rimane saldamente al comando. Segue Katana al secondo posto e credo che il successo di Katana sia dovuto al fatto che è costruita su Ronin, rete su cui gira il famoso gioco Axie Infinity,
Sono sorpreso da ORCA che in tre mesi è passato dal 17esimo posto al settimo.
