Inside the pages my father was also mentioned and a painting on him in a naive style was depicted.
The painting depicted in the book is a painting belonging to the early period of his painting, a painting that I have never seen.
Within this page dedicated to my father there are two criticisms made by Marino Arzilli and Gaetano Landolina.
Marino Arzilli wrote that my father's paintings were free from any pictorial precepts, paintings in which all the freedom of the artist was shown without limits. Gaetano Landolina instead wrote that Massari had a veiled idea of the surreal in his naive paintings.
Seeing my father's name written in this book was a surprise, even if it's not the first time I've seen a book dedicated to Italian painters that dedicates a page to him. But it was a nice surprise because finding a book that still talks about him after so many years makes you emotional.
However, the thing that struck me the most was Mr. Landolina's criticism. I think it was impossible for anyone at the time to understand how my father's painting would transform in the future, but this critic understood it very well. In the period in which the critique was written, my father's style was decidedly naive, but after twenty years he completely changed his style and began to paint paintings in a surreal and dreamlike style.

Considerazioni
Qualche giorno fa mi trovavo a casa da un parente. Ad un certo punto mi sono avvicinato alla parete del suo salotto. Una parete molto grande su cui è stata montata un’enorme libreria.
La libreria era pieni di libri di storia e libri dedicati e personaggi del 1800 e del 1900. Un’area della libreria era dedicata anche a libri d’arte.ad un certo punto mi imbatto in un libro dal nome “pittura e scultura d’oggi”
In libro che parla dei pittori di fine 1900.
Lo sfoglio incuriosito, perchè mio padre era un pittore abbastanza conosciuto nel 1970.
Ero incuriosito di capire quali pittori italiani potevano essere citati e sono andato a vedere subito nella lettera “M” per cercare il nome di mio padre, Massari Renato.
E la sorpresa è arrivata.
All’interno delle pagine era citato anche mio padre ed era raffigurato un sui dipinto in stile naif.
Il dipinto raffigurato nel libro è un dipinto facente parte del primo periodo della sua pittura, un dipinto che io non ho mai visto.
All’interno di questa pagina dedicata a mio padre ci sono due critiche fatte da Marino Arzilli e Gaetano Landolina.
Marino Arzilli scrisse che i dipinti di mio padre erano svincolati da ogni precettistica pittorica, dipinti in cui si mostrava senza limiti tutta la libertà dell’artista. Gaetano Landolina invece scrisse che Massari aveva nei suoi dipinti naif una velata idea di surreale.
Vedere scritto il nome mio padre all’interno di questo libro è stata una sorpresa, anche se non è la prima volta che vedo un libro dedicato ai pittori italiani che dedica una pagina a lui. Però è stata una bella sorpresa perché trovare un libro che ancora dopo tanti anni parla di lui fa emozionare .
La cosa però che mi ha colpito di più è stata la critica del signor Landolina. Credo che fosse impossibile per chiunque a quell’epoca capire come si sarebbe trasformata la pittura di mio padre in futuro, ma questo critico lo capì benissimo. Nel periodo in cui fu scritta la critica lo stile di mio padre era decisamente naif, ma dopo vent’anni cambió completamente stile ed inizió a dipingere quadri in stile surreale ed onirico.
Conclusioni
Ci sono diversi libri che parlano dei pittori italiani, ed in alcuni di questi c’è una pagina dedecata anche a mio padre
