I spent a lot of time in writing this so I hope this could be a good one.❤
A lot of people are having a hard period now (exams, assignments, work, covid) and maybe dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, illness. etc)
You are not alone. My father was in the hospital during the covid-19 lockdown. We (I and my mum) passed through stress during that period but we still had hope and held on strong. My mum and friends kept my hopes alive, they gave me reasons not to be sad or even think of my father's health condition.
My project supervisor is still picking on me for everything I do and doesn't want me to pass my year. I have also felt so lonely, sad, stressed, and depressed. However, I think we should all remember that the hardship we met is just a stepstone that can make us stronger. We should always have hope in our heart.
So, I think we should all say "CHEER UP, IT'S ALRIGHT!" to ourselves and feel some positivities.
No matter what, we should believe. Believe tomorrow is better and will be better.

The best natural remedy I would recommend is:

  • Always remember that you are not alone
  • Figure out what you want
  • Do something that makes you happy
  • Don’t pursue perfection
  • Believe In positivity
  • Love
