Спасение утопающих - дело рук самих утопающих. Да, есть такая невесёлая поговорка в России. Думаю, не только у нас. Что-то с подобным смыслом можно найти на разных языках.
Но здесь на фото есть добрый знак. Оказывается, вам могут помочь...но только в том случае, если брошенный круг не попадёт в голову.

All this is a photo of a sketch from the Crystal Beach, which is located in the city center. There is no sand or pebbles here. There are high concrete slabs and handrails for descending into the sea. You can imagine that you are going down into your pool.

Всё это фото зарисовки с пляжа Хрустальный, который находится в центре города. Здесь нет песка или гальки. Здесь есть высокие бетонные плиты и поручни для спуска в море. Можете представить себе, что вы спускаетесь в свой бассейн.

And this is just a random frame from the bus window. The road goes along the shore of the bay and from above you can see a lot of interesting things.

А это просто случайный кадр из окна автобуса. Дорога идёт вдоль берега бухты и сверху можно увидеть много интересного.

This is not a warship. Training ship "EPRON" (Special Purpose Underwater Expedition - that was the name of the organization that was engaged in the lifting of ships). 40 years ago I descended from this vessel to a depth of 80 meters, these were training descents in sea conditions.

Это не боевой корабль. Учебное судно "ЭПРОН" (Экспедиция подводных работ особого назначения - так называлась организация, которая занималась подъёмом кораблей). 40 лет назад я спускался с этого судна на глубину 80 метров, это были учебные спуски в морских условиях.
