The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #150 - Station for the brave.

Going through my photo archive in search of a photograph that would depict a city landscape, I settled on one photograph that I made at a time when evacuation trains were sent to different cities of Ukraine, after the start of the war with Russia, whose task was to save, withdraw people from the occupied territories and cities that were under constant fire from cannon artillery and multiple launch rocket systems.

I dedicated this picture to the driver of these trains, who dared to go to where many do not return alive, because many trains, despite the green corridors, were riddled with bullets.

I wanted to create an unsettling atmosphere in this painting and used four photographs of different cityscapes to create it.
