I took this image when I visited Lacock Abbey in the county of Wiltshire. The Abbey, including the whole village, is owned by the National Trust and is a very picturesque location, many buildings still retain their historical/original facade or exterior. Lacock Abbey was founded in 1232 and a copy of the Magna Carta was kept here until 1946 when it moved to the British Museum. The image you see here is one of the widows/windowsills at the abbey - doesn't it look timeless, it could be from any time or era from the past? I converted the pic into black and white.
