On being impossible to build trust; On being naive as leaders and just claiming some messages!

President Zelensky in Ukraine is having high education, and he has many good messages on TV and around in international media channels. And media must build trust to employer, employees and the audience, but in firms we cannot expect that all people should be building trust, and sometimes there is no trust!

We should build trust by being social, and developing the social capital. And this is about our ways of being, for instance that we want people to be good ambassadors, loving people with what they are doing, and doing many things alone and together with people. And it is not such a thing that the masses should be as big as possible, but we should start building quality in our near relations, and these issues can further on be built to another places, and having a hard brain, and a soft heart, that is the way to go through all the media channels, and we are not always alone, but we are in networks, and we are operating with other people, regardless of being in the harbor in a city, being on a ferry, or being all other places that are possible.

When applying for jobs, we should have the best people around us, and there should be no voices of all conceivable in the markets. And trust is something you and I deserve, if we have reasons for it, and we cannot claim anything today unless that we have good schools with quality, and representing NHH and SNF with love, and thinking of the employees there and being as social and warm as one can imagine, that is the way to get positions today that are in accordance with your competence and your ways to acting inside and outside markets. So, social capital is extremely valued nowadays, and we should be ourselves, and always talking positively to whatever persons we have met on whatever study programs, and where research of best quality is wanted everywhere. And life is not just about teaching and about saying messages, but we should always produce research of excellent quality, and NHH is member of CEMS, and that is Community for European Management Schools, and you know management and its directions, that is not always in the knowledges to every leader that we perceive everywhere, but we can discuss and cooperate, and we need the longest education backgrounds at the universities or the business schools to take care of any challenge that we are meeting today. Nowadays, management operations have been too distorted, too aggregate, and many have problems with doing the best decisions that are possible, and we should help and give advice where we want to be in the future.

We are extremely naive if we are thinking that working with sales is solving all the problems that are coming from day to day. The truth is that sales sometimes are important, and sometimes not, and today it is important to work with human resources, and treating people in the best manners, and they often take the decisions themselves in the organizations, and therefore trust is building for managers when listening to employees, and acting in accordance of how the employees want the working place and how they want the perceptions! And today, we cannot work in the upper league in the organizations, if we are not having long education and much education on the highest level. And we must present the study programs to the students, and we must be friendly with them, and we must want the best performances and the best results to everyone that we are facing, and as humans we should be so natural that you can imagine a human being. So, several of us are getting the best results in schools, but we want a normal life, and a life out of all possible awards in any country. But if we are invited to do something, we are doing research and advice with pleasure.

So, why is the working place important for many of us? Because we are earning our salaries, and because we need satisfaction. And these social affairs can be used in many countries, also in the World Bank. But concepts and management courses and logic should be used with cohesion, and there should be an easy and a logic way of doing things at the work! And we should never give up, and never be tired!
