We do not have the best business schools located in Scandinavia. But we can aspire to higher ambitions, and there are the USA and Canada that have the best schools at different levels. But we should speak and write, and there should be normal activities there, and we should respect each other. But we should be careful with claiming world class and leading schools, unless there is foundation for it.
Rationality is a strong force in the schools, and we can agree and disagree with each other with different opinions and viewpoints. And there are also emotions in the human nature, and we are doing things and not doing things. We should encourage being together and working together, and we should make contributions as good as we can. And we cannot just talk and going on meetings, but we should publish internationally to be visible in the foreign markets. But there is much love and admiration by doing things mutually, and the freedom should we respect, but we cannot accept any bad things being doing with us, and we should instead do good things and lovely actions with each other. But there is difference with us, and many tasks are just things that we know from human nature in nature, but we should make good contributions that can be used in many countries.
So, the business schools, they need excellent teaching, and we should have English in many courses, and we need relevant teaching for the business life, and we should have enough research, and also be in the international books. But we should love people that are working and being engaged with doing the best design and actions for as many students as possible. And we should be engaged with developing the employees, and we should not use times on intrigues and conflicts, that are stupid things, and people doing these things must have trouble and problems. So, there must be normal employees with normal attitudes and normal actions, and they should not be sick. And we know, that the more we know, the less we know for sure. And we must try to avoid trauma, and having problems with our thoughts and feelings, and there are many problems with authors when asking them about the philosophy of life, and why things are as they are.
We should cooperate as good as we can with the people being engaged several places, also with the professors. CEMS is an excellent idea for business schools, and maybe we should have several courses there, and the students must be asked to write their contributions in English. And although Statistics and Corporate and Business Strategy are relevant and good courses for many uses, we should apply for positions where we can use what we have learned. And it is impressive that professor Torger Reve won the Porter Prize, and professor Michael E. Porter was in Oslo and gave professor Torger Reve the award. And this is good for the whole Oslo and the whole Norway, and we should be visible in research, and we must do things in other places than just as at home, and many people today know that the professors in the business schools, are cooperating with other professors in other countries, and we should accept that principals are just talking with ordinary people and professors and other employees in the schools, and that is in business schools, colleges and in universities. And we need sustainable development at many places, also with using the human resources as good as we can. And we are all normal individuals, and some of us are excellent in our doings, and we are filled with competence, and what we are as humans with what we know, and how we are developing ourselves, and how we are being as humans in the short run and in the long run.
We can discuss the different rankings for the business schools, but we know that the evaluation is about finding criteria, and using these criteria. But some schools claim that other things are also important the content to the courses at the schools, and that learning is also other things than just these criteria. But the evaluation worldwide is telling us something, and it gives us some directions.
The students should have as good results as possible, and they are choosing themselves if they are going long in education programs, or if they just finish after bachelor. And the employees in the business school in question should use enough time to find locations and for making updated buildings and facilities in relation to what one is going to do just now and in the future. And past should be adjusted to do things even better.
