You know, we should love all the organizations we are within from time to time, and nothing is happening around us unless we ask for it, and you know, liberty is not a matter of course, and we are forced to have the leaders and the governance of the nations as we have, but maybe there are alternatives, better ways of management, and getting out of the crisis and protests in the world by making other and better ways of doing things, and we are not forced to follow all the directions in the world, and there are too many nuclear weapon in the world today, and nothing of them should be used because we can destroy the earth that we love and appreciate.
You know, nowadays it is dangerous to think, although this is not allowed many places, and we should be friendly against each other, as many as we can think of, and you know how life is, and how important the situations are here with food and beverages, and we should not destroy the freedom and taking away from people the fact that they are thinking, but we should not accept bad management at all levels, and we should be engaged with giving and taking ideas of any kinds, and doing the practice in the societies as we feel it is natural, and every organization needs a focus and a pattern, and we should work and operate and live the life just as it seems sensible and sentimental.
So, why does Russia want the conditions back to the Soviet Union several years back in time, when it is most sensible to use glasnost and perestroika? And opening of the organizations with systems and with competence, that is the most sensible way that we are perceiving the development and the further engagements for market shares, sales revenues and market orientation. So, the main point of many organizations is about creating more sales revenues than it costs to run the company, and we should be enough sellers to do the jobs, and maybe some of us can contribute to peace and harmony and wealth of nations where we are expressing our opinions and viewpoints from time to time, and we should be free to want the best for people doing different things, and we should respect and accept the different working operations that people are doing, and that they need one meeting or several meetings at the job each day when there is a need for focus, and going through what is really happening in the organization of question with activities and the free ways of giving and taking messages from time to time. And every society should react if there are too conservative forces in the leadership, and if people are forces to not to think what they want and wish, and that there is not necessarily the obedience to authority, and exit, voice and loyalty that are the ways we are thinking about organizations and society systems today, and we must have things that are in order, and not doing too much nonsense and stupid things.
So, the best development of freedom we have if we can say what we want and write what we want, and these things can be done with or without literature, and we need the free ways of expressing the messages, the books and the journals, and we do not need an Editorial Board with too many stupid opinions and stable and dynamic governance where the liberty is not good enough for every standpoint and conceivable processes and outcomes to any time. And you know, you should not believe in anything unless there are reasons for it, and therefore any development of the societies from the leaders should be met with skeptical thinking about the people that are listening to what is happening. So, the schools at all levels should be good enough for all conceivable purposes, and the main issue and standpoints with the education of any duration is to learn to ask questions, and there are always much to know, and we can work with any problem and any project and any issue, and maybe we believe in the professors, and maybe we are rejected it, because the literature is open for anything that is possible to happen can happen as it happens, and therefore the more we know, the less we know for sure, and we should be open for any development in any country, and perhaps things have be done before, and some things can be innovative and new, and we should not believe in any message unless we have done research on it, and even Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford, Oxford and Cambridge can be wrong in their guessings about the present and the future, and we should accept the study programs, and they are often filled with many questions, and hence we should be open about our thinking, and think about why we are thinking as we are, and how things really are.
