Today, we are listening to our own body, and especially the brain and the heart. And there should not be too much clutter in your head, otherwise you are excluding yourself from the job market. Instead, we should be focused and positively orientated, and we should be a friend with everybody, and especially the people with the high education. Long education is doing something with your mind and your beliefs, and that is the meaning of high education, and we need competence and interest several places in the job market nowadays, and Anders Fogh Rasmussen is also engaged with that.
We cannot have too many opinions, if we have not tested them, and if we are not getting validity on them. You know, every nonsense is your own responsibility, and people should have clear messages, and enjoy life today. And we also need competence to know what, how and why in the organizations and in the markets. And we should not do too many solutions on our own, because we are going to cooperate in the firms with doing different things. And find your own style in life, and we should do what we want. And listen mainly to yourself, and your own desires when working. And every job is a job, but of course we can do jobs with even higher education. And the main thing today, is to do what you are qualified for. And NHH and SNF in Bergen are a good platforms for getting jobs many places, we should just meet the right persons.
Those people who mess with the mind, will always have trouble in the working life. And try to find solutions on everything, instead of just comment other people, and try to find what they are doing wrong. But the boards in business life, need a direction for what to do, and we also need competence in Economics and Business Administration to govern the firms in the right directions, and the Bible and the religious books should be forgotten when taking and making decisions in the business life. That is the reason why we have study programs and competence programs in the world, to know something better, and to know what to do. And we cannot guess too much in the work, because we have to know what to do now!
It is always interested to talk with people, and finding their needs and give them what they want of products and services. The heroes of the service know what to do and how and why. And you cannot go from low education level to a high education level at once, because you need to take the study programs. And more and more research is telling us much, and the more we know, the less we know for sure. But there are differences between us, also between people living at the same places. And we cannot talk us away from this, and nails are always being revealed. Some people claim that the Bible is explaining everything, but we have science and millions of books explaining other sides of the reality, and therefore we always need knowledges and competence to do challenging task, and being ignorant in human nature makes us all equal. We cannot listen to craftsmen and too much on people, but we should listen to ourselves, take our own decisions, and having the responsibility for our own lives, and we should appreciate people having the best wishes and desires for us.
We do not have a need to talk and talk, and talking too much. This is silly, and we cannot talk ourselves into every positions. So, society today is a risk society, where we are coming to nature in human nature, and we need competence to reduce the risk of what to do with the working operations. And professors can mean everything with us, but my life is my own, and I can try anything, and doing what I want in life. And opinions and reflections are something you are making on your all, and the working places have differences in giving salaries with their own traditions. It is nice weather at Soerlandet in Norway now, and I have been swimming in the salt water, and with appropriate temperature. Friendly people, and beautiful scenery! Good luck to you all!
