We cannot get too much help of any other people, but we must apply for the jobs ourselves, and the opportunities are something you have for yourself. All focus should be on ourselves today. All responsibilty is on your and my body of doing the things that get us the jobs in question.
We should live in the society as it is, and not using too much creative solutions that there are no markets for. We should use the choices as we have, and the schools we have in our backgrounds and the research background will determine where we can be. We cannot find help in many camps, but we should do our choices ourselves, and do what we want in life.
Why are we as we are? And what can we use in the organizations with our background? Today, we must see and evaluate which kinds of utilities and pleasure we can give with our bodies, and what we know, and we are not similar to each other. And in accordance to The Peter Principle, every human is qualified for things in businesses and in organizations up to his or her level of incompetence.
The risk society has consequences for us in our psychology, sociology and philosophy, and we should have freedom, precision and diversity in society, and we should do things that are sustainable and taking care of our resources in the nature. And we should do sensible and intelligent choices, and not doing all these stupid things that everybody intelligent actor reacts on. And we should not do monitoring, if we are not competent, and we should do things that reflect our background, and we should not be boss of everything if we do not have more competence and the same competence as the people we are watching. For our eyes only, should be used in accordance with what we can see and evaluate of different persons, and we cannot be boss of any in private and in public manners, unless we have the properly background of doing so.
We are filled with risks in the society today, and we cannot do things unless we are qualified for it, and every attempt with stupid behavior and nonsense should not be used, and everything is revealed if we are doing things that leaders and people are reacting to.
There is always uncertainty with many things we are doing, and all organizations have different level of risks within their inner drive and inner system, and we are not sure about all things we are doing, but we should not make chaos, and we should use clear and stringent thinking about what to do. Uncertainty is filled with antecedents, processes and outcomes in the body we have, and we cannot deny uncertainty because we do not always think and feel about what to do. And uncertainty is about not knowing how «the road» should be, but we should make «the road» as we think and reasoned that is sensible. And on overgrown paths, also imply that we should know and feel the best ways of doing what we are doing, when having all thinkable ways of doing things, and something is sensible and something is stupid.
So, the risk society is the situation today, and we should not talk it away, and we should not be arrogant about it. So, the opportunities we have in markets and in organizations today, is due to our qualifications and about our inner qualities. And think about what any organization at any continent in the world is doing nowadays. And universities and colleges we are finding many places, and we cannot ignore it, because the background and the courses you and I have in mind determine what we are doing, and that we are thinking differently about any issues. Hence, we can think differently when living and working at the same place, and therefore you maybe claim that some people should live on another globe!
You are responsible for your own choices in life and in education, and there can be possibilities using the opportunities that you have in schools at all levels and the experiences you have acquired when living as a human where you have ever been, and what visions you have got when being different places.
